This place is a complete joke!I called a little late to see if they had availability because the weather was a little unpredictable and the person I spoke to (Jesse) I believe is the owner told me a half day rental would be $375 and I can go out 2-6 but I explained I couldn’t even get there until about 3. He said no problem just come on by.I get there at 2:45 to find out the guy there to help me didn’t speak ANY English so he called Jesse and put me on the phone with him. Jesse was busy partying out by Alligator reef (this is what he told me) and don’t wanna deal with me so he tells me to just give his guy $400 and he will get me on the water. So now the price goes up with 1 hr less rental? Even though they have an ad that says $99hr! We called him back so I can ask him if we can do $300 for the 3hrs left in the day. He snapped at me and said no then hung up on me.Needless to say I’ll never come back to this shady place. The boat he wanted to give me was all beat up anyway and not really worth $50 an hr!

Had an awesome experience renting a boat from these guys! They were great, from beginning to end. Gave us a choice of boat. Provided a wealth of information for us to navigate the waters, and find awesome spots for swimming, and fishing! The experience was just perfect! Couldn’t ask for anything more! Will definitely return in the future!

Placed a deposit back in February for a 25ft Black-fin. Arrived last week 8 am to pick up our boat and the black fin was on land with a prop sheared off. They tried to put us in a 25 Mako 35 years old without a discount price hoping we would just take it. He fired up the Mako and As I go inside the office to take a picture of the map of unsafe areas we walk back out to the boat to head off and it’s stalled and alarming. Won’t re start at all. As the mate is calling Jessi to figure out what to do I’m on the phone calling Elite rental who we used past 2 years. We were out of luck at other rental places we used in the past after a few phone calls so we were going to take it so we had a boat for the week. There was a 27ft sailfish at the end of the dock and I requested we take the sailfish as it’s more equivalent to what we payed for for the week $4100. They didn’t want to give us that boat due to cost difference ? I just asked for a refund and they decided to give us the Sailfish. We get into the boat to check it out and it has no GPS electronics. I told them we don’t want a boat without GPS so give me a refund ? He gets jessi back on the phone and Jessi promised us he would have the boat delivered to us at our marina In a couple hours 10-11am with a new GPS just for us. Well after numerous text that day to Jessi from me and my wife we get a text WE can come pick up the boat 3:30pm ? We have lost a day with a boat we payed for and all we hear is I have given you a 150k boat. The boat also had no gaff, no cleaning supply’s, not enough life jackets for our party and the radio and GPS and lights shorting out the entire week. When we brought the boat back we were charged for $200 extra fuel charge for the same amount of bars the boat had when we picked it up. They did nothing for us losing a day of boating on vacation but change us extra. I would highly recommend you drive 55mph past this place and go to Elite in Islamorada and rent from them. We stayed closer to Beach Boating this year and tried to purchase more localI hate to leave negative reviews on a business but you are at a no win paying cash and renting from this outfit you have no recourse when it goes bad. Safety and customer service are utmost important on the water and we didn’t feel we found it here.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MAN!! We paid for a boat rental for a week $2800 and when we saw the boat it was not legal to operate. No navigation lights, the two stroke engine was smoking and sputtering and we told him we didn’t want the boat because it was not safe. He did not return our money and refused to answer our emails and calls. He is a scam artist and even his employees knew the boat would not be acceptable as it was. We alerted Venmo and the water police. Go to A1A and get a boat from Oscar- great guy and boats!

rented a boat from these guys, Love the workers only draw back they only want cash 750 for 4 hrs. a bit pricey but a good boat.. then charged 7.00 a gallon for gas come on guys don't cost that much. other than that boat was in great shape.

Needed to rent a boat last minute, called around everywhere nearby using Google Map and nobody has one that would meet my budget because of lobster season.Called this place and spoke with Jesse the owner, and he said “Come on down and check out what we have, we’ll find you something bro!”. Jesse hooked us up with a boat the same day at a discounted price, and even let us borrow his speaker because we forgot to charge our. What an awesome guy! He shows us all the good spots to go to! I’m so glad we met Jesse, it’s like having a friend at the Keys. He’s your guy!Don’t even bother wasting time looking around, give Jesse a call, honest guy, running good business, no bullsh!ts, he’ll get you on the water and make sure you have a good time in the Keys! I love how Jesse runs his business. Thank you Jesse, you’re the man!!!

My husband and I took our 3 daughters out on a pontoon before sunset. We had a great time exploring the waters. Jesse was friendly and went above and beyond to set us up despite our very last minute planning. Unfortunately, the radio on the boat didn't work, but everything else with the boat was fine. It was super roomy and comfortable. The only issue we had was getting hung up in some grass underwater in a shallow area. It was a bit worrisome when we heard the motor making strange sounds and realized how shallow it was and wondered how to get out. A little navigational advice about stuff like that would be helpful.

Really glad we found this place. We were able to rent a boat we could all fit in and fish from at a reasonable rate. The customer service was amazing. Really went out of his way to make us welcome and make sure we had a good time.

Vicente was amazing! Very helpful and created an excellent experience for us! He kindly showed us the best spots to visit, a very beautiful private beach and a nice lunch place to visit. The boat was just perfect, prices are great but make sure you bring cash. I’m very happy we picked this rental company and even happier we had Vicente walk us through everything - from choosing the right boat to operating it and making the most of our rental time. AMAZING! Thank you!

If they could have no stars it would be none. We booked a boat a week in advance come to find they not even giving us the boat they showed us in the photos. We get in boat runs out of gas and oil within the first hour of riding around. We’re stuck sitting for 2-3 hours and then continue to have issues with the engfine after with it stuttering and changing rpms. We returned it four hours early. We go back to return the boat and ask for a refund due to the multiple issues we dealt with and are told to contact the owner. Ownner refuses to pay us back gave us a bunch of attitude and just stopped responding. Don’t Waste your time or money on this guy he doesn’t even care enough for his business to be there in person.
