Jack and the entire staff have been so very helpful. Our inverter went out due to a faulty power pole. Jack and team investigate the issue for us before we lost another inverter. If you need RV repairs they are most definitely the people to see in key largo

Drove 25 min to get propane and they close early. This has happened multiple times. Unreliable. Will get propane elsewhere.

Jack and Jose went out of their way to help me out of a really difficult situation with our RV yesterday, while staying at John Pennekamp state park although their expertise may not be in chassis, they took the time to figure out my situation find a solution and get me on the road in a timely manner. I highly recommend checking in with these guys when you have a problem as a resource for your RV. If they can't fix it, they'll help you find a solution.

I needed to fill up the RV's propane tank and couldn't find a place in the Keys, you can find plenty of cylinders, but not a place that fills them up. We went to Holiday and were promptly attended to. Excellent! I recommend!

Holiday RV/Marine is AWESOME! Our AC went out in the middle of a camping trip to the Florida Keys. Co-owners Melody & Jack immediately took a personal interest in our delimna and resolved to find a way to save our vacation. In just two hours they had everything working perfectly. They are THE BEST!!!

Melody has been absolutely wonderful during this process. She is very helpful and is making sure everything works as it should for me in my new travel trailer. Her, Jack and the staff have all been 100% accommodating. They even went as far as to customize for a closet area in the back room. ??? Thank you!!

My experience with Holiday RV has been an absolute nightmare. Due to employee turnover, bad management and poor workmanship, even after over 13 months of multiple trips back and forth trying to get my 2011 Coachman RV fixed, it still leaks and doesn't work properly. The owner, John, was extremely hostile and rude when I went in for the 4th time to get my RV fixed. I have spent over $18,000 and will have to take it to another shop to correct the mess that Holiday RV made of my RV. It was a horrible experience.

22 forest river has more problems then any used camper I've seen and they ignore us and what ever the broken part of the camper they said we did it. They Lie about warranty and now block our calls.. Have a soft floor and he said it's OK. Same I had to leave 1 star to make a reviewEdit part.. The camper has faulty wiring and blew out 4k from my wallet and no response from warranty after numerous calls and emails...

Do not use this company. Very poor customer service. I purchased a 5th wheel that the seller had hired this company to remove all the Black and Grey water tanks. The company failed to do thier job and finish the work. I spoke to Lou and he made an appointment with me and said they would finish the work. Two days later on the appointment day no call no show. I called and no call back. I had to return to Arizona a few days later to my primary residence. Fast forward 3 months to last week. I call and explain the deal to his office person and asked her to have Lou call me. Lou never called. Two days later I called back and got a little pushy and told her I was getting a run around and didn't appreciate it. Next morning Lou called me first thing. However he said he would give me an estimate and wouldn't fix it because it had been so long I explained the women that sold me the trailer was single and older and would have never known the sink was just dumping on the ground. He tried to tell me someone could have been under there and took the pipe because its been so long. Ya right ! Bottom line he initially agreed to come fix it and was a no call no show and now he still doesn't want to finish the job so I'll be paying another company to do ut and then filing a lawsuit in small claims court. Hope this little pipe installation that woukd take 20.00 in material and less than 30 min to fix is worth all this to him.

The best experience ever, Melody you’re wonderful. My beautiful RV was delivered set up by two gorgeous gentlemen who I can’t thank enough, Finance was easy and affordable. The whole experience was way above my expectations.
