I have 2 BMW a Mercedez and always had a bad experience at major dealerships and independent shops but J C is a true mechanic for a big guy but no worries he has a courterpart a third his size that can get his hands through any crevice JC cant.Alrhough Felix cant speak much english he is very talented but no worries JC does and they both compliment each other very well.Great experience great work Felix and JC.

After calling a few times with no answer I took a chance and took my VW in because Wheaton told my this place would work on my car. The only guy working didn’t speak English and had to call someone else on his phone for me to talk to who told me they’ve never worked on Volkswagen cars and couldn’t help me. I’m sure they’re great but maybe should be a little more specific about exactly which cars they work on. Considering even google shows them as a VW mechanic.

JC saved our time in the Keys! I highly recommend this shop for work on MB. JC worked hard to get our van back on the road so we would not have to rent a U-Haul to get home (we had kayaks and bikes, etc). He was very patient with my many phone calls and went far beyond the call of duty to help us.Services: Electrical repair

I didn't have any luck going there, when I went there to see if they could check mycar Volvo c30 they told me they don't work on Volvos( but they do foreign cars) i was recommended this place by another mechanic, i still looking for someone to come a see if they can do a diagnostic or i can tow the car , im very close to this place almost next door

Juan (JC) was very kind, understanding and helpful when I called in about a rattle coming from our Mercedes C250. We were traveling and staying in Islamorada. I had a Wednesday morning appointment to have it looked at elsewhere, but he said we could bring it in to him Tuesday morning. He understood we did not want the worry when moving on to Orlando Friday. My husband got the car there first thing Tuesday morning. Juan put it on the lift and found two screws that were not properly tightened from a repair prior to our leaving Maryland. After tightening them he test drove the car to ensure rattle was eliminated and he refused payment for his time and help. It means so much to us we can travel worry free and that Juan helped us when his business is clearly very busy!

While visiting the Keys in my sprinter based motorhome I discovered that some one had cut out parts from my exhaust system thinking it was the cat. After checking with my insurance company I made a number of calls to business on the keys looking for help. Most didn't want to be bothered.But European Motorwerks did and this was at 5 minutes before closing and EMA answered and offered great phone support. If I lived in this area they would receive all my business. Thank you for taking the time to explain my options.
