"Wow, what an unforgettable Labor Day weekend! From swimming with dolphins to kayaking on the bay side, it was non-stop fun and adventure. The BBQ grills were perfect for grilling up our own meats, and the whole place felt so private and secure. The staff was amazing—shout out to Mr. Cash for his friendly smile and helpfulness! This place is officially my go-to spot in the Keys from now on. Relaxing, exciting, and full of good vibes—can't wait to come back!"
Rooms: "The villas were absolutely perfect—warm, spacious, and so inviting! Our suite was right in front of the pool, making every day feel like a luxurious escape. Whether we were lounging poolside or enjoying the villa's comfort, it was pure bliss from start to finish. This place truly knows how to make you feel at home while still giving you that vacation excitement. Can't wait to do it all over again!"

The rooms are nice and clean. They have kayaks at the bay for guests to use. The staff is friendly. Entrance and exit have gates for safety and privacy.
Safety: There is a coded gate at the entrance and an automatic gate at the exit.

Amazing place to stay!
The villa was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly from the maintenance gentleman to the owner. My daughter loved the paddle boards and kayaks . We went to swim with dolphins ? and visit them!
This is my second time staying here as I have been here for a wedding. Both times I am amazed! Book the stay! You will not regret it.

Clean, smells great, nice staff, a lot of amenities and freebies included. Not really a “private beach” more like a kayak ramp. Great for people with boats. Kitchen is bare but location is near Publix and restaurants. Place is quite enough for the most part.

recently stayed at Dolphin Point Villas for one night and had an excellent experience. The view was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking sunsets over Florida Bay. The location is perfect, providing easy access to local attractions like John Pennekamp State Park.The amenities at the resort were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the private beach, which was just a few steps away from my villa. The availability of paddleboards and kayaks added an extra layer of fun to my stay. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern conveniences like a full kitchen and Wi-Fi.Despite all these high-end features, the price was quite reasonable, making it a great value for the experience offered. The staff were friendly and attentive, contributing to an overall memorable stay. I highly recommend Dolphin Point Villas for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and scenic getaway in Key Largo.

The place had all we needed, including kayaks, paddle boards. The pool is shallow, but we enjoyed having conversation. We had a suite which has enough room for 4 adults.
Walkability: Close by market, grocery store, attractions.

Hidden gem! Spacious rooms, comfy beds, huge showers with solid water pressure. Free perks like kayaking and paddle boarding. Thank you Megan at the front desk and Cash in Facilities for your hospitality and your service during our stay. We will most definitely be coming back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Point Villas, we didn’t want to leave. The rooms are nice and spacious and we enjoyed having our morning coffee on the wraparound deck. The sunset views here are amazing and we also saw a couple of manatees. I highly recommend this place, we will definitely be back.

My agreed to late check-in & late check- out was not honored. We we rushed out the door! Prior to that our catered dinner for family from all over the East Coast was interrupted by that same weekend manager. I had previously discussed all plans with Katie when booking. The staff was extremely helpful, especially Cash- worth his weight in Gold! He ironed many wrinkles created by an unseasoned Manager! A suggestion for the rooms: please put up full length mirrors! How is a girl to get dressed??
Our family reunion was nice- all enjoyed the amenities of the Villa.
Noteworthy details: Beautiful view, scenic water area.

I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about Dolphin Point Villas. From the moment we toured it in March of 2023, until we got married, Katie was an absolute pleasure to work with! The entire staff the whole weekend was extremely helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Cash was especially helpful, continuously checking in with me to make sure everything was just perfect.
The location itself is absolutely gorgeous and makes you feel like you are in your own little slice of paradise. Renting out the property for the weekend was a dream come true and I wish I could relive it over and over.

Fabulous place to stay! Free use of kayaks, canoes, cornhole, and private little waterside place with lounge chairs to watch the sunset. Wasn't sure what to expect when we pulled off the highway onto the gravel drive, but check-in was a breeze and our little bungalow was wonderful! Roomy, high ceilings, comfy bed, huge modern shower, icemaker machine, vine covered lattice on porch with rockers. Peaceful, quiet, so relaxing! Didn't want to leave!
