The rooms are nice and clean. They have kayaks at the bay for guests to use. The staff is friendly. Entrance and exit have gates for safety and privacy.
Safety: There is a coded gate at the entrance and an automatic gate at the exit.

Clean, smells great, nice staff, a lot of amenities and freebies included. Not really a “private beach” more like a kayak ramp. Great for people with boats. Kitchen is bare but location is near Publix and restaurants. Place is quite enough for the most part.

Wish we could stay longer, was a last minute 1 night stay decision and we'll be back for the dolphin experience which everyone says is excellent!
