The workers at this bank are very rude and they also make you refill all your deposits. It is easier for you to talk to the ATM than with those girls who work.

Always great and friendly service. Plenty of locations in the Keys. 24 Hour Phone Service would be a nice add.

Oh wow just called the Key Largo branch. After asking about opening a business account they asked for how long. I said indefinitely and they said they don’t offer that. At a minimum I don’t think they have bankers that know their products working at the branch.

Love, love, love this local bank! I had been with another bank for 26 years. I don't like change, but I endured many changes, not better for the customer, at the other bank. I dreaded having to move all my auto-debited accounts to a new bank. Suffice to say, the transition to Centennial could not have been easier! They even offered assistance in transitioning these auto-debits, which ended up being unnecessary. I was able to do it myself online. I very much like that the employees as well as Centennial Bank itself are a part of my local community. Everyone is super friendly and efficient because of this. Those working at Centennial genuinely care about the local community. It has been a great experience banking here for the past 6 months!

Been banking at the key largo location for several years and been happy with the service but since the change in management its been nothing but bad. Between being forgotten about in the drive through to the point of having to honk my horn, the hours being random, and standing in line for 30 minutes with one person in front of me im really starting to miss the old team. Today I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes and didn't get waited on. I went inside and stood in line for another 15 minutes with one person in front of me. When I asked if I could use the bathroom while I waited I was told no...horrible service lately.

As a local business owner and entrepreneur and CentennialBK customer for 8 years I was surprised when they announced by letter that they were closing my account due to " unusual activity " I own a home and a company in the Dominican Republic and use money transfer apps to send money to my family. These cowards hide and call my banking fraudulent, well since they won't have a real conversation and prefer to paint you as a criminal I could not close my account fast enough, F&@k Boomer and his Shitty bank!!! Many options to share your funds with why work with assholes!! Beware and good luck.

I can't even put into words how great this bank is, but I will try. Imagine being a child and walking into grandmas house for the first time. You don't really know what to expect, but you've heard good things. She greets you with a warm welcome like you've never received from someone you've just met, then goes on to help you do any little thing, and doing many things for you that you didn't even know she did. She has cookies or sweets every time you visit, a warm beverage and a smile no matter what her day is like, you don't see her everyday but you never forget how you feel when you do. That is what walking into this bank is like every time. If you're uncertain about choosing a bank, just know that this one will make you feel like they genuinely care.
