I was denied permission to operate a jet ski due to my lack of English proficiency. When paying for a ticket, there is no information on the website about the need for high-level knowledge of English to operate jet ski. I was traveling in vain.

Incredible incompetence from employees up to management. If you have any issue, good luck getting a refund as they will research you and try to intimidate you with past flaws or problems that have absolutely nothing to do with their business. Definitely unbecoming of supposed veterans.

Worst place to rent jetsk. Worst experience ever don't recommend this place. Charge me for a broken JetSk.
