The team here is all about service, not upselling and corporate profit. Routine checkups and vaccination are efficient and well priced. Dr. Bailey is also USDA certified to inspect your pets for international travel. If you are traveling with your pets to the Bahamas they know all the requirements. Give them a call!

My mother’s dog which was 17, went in for her check up for thyroid medication which she had been on for quite some time. She basically needed a refill. Well, Dr. Bailey rudely scolded my mom for not giving her heart meds which he had suggested some time before. My mother and I (I was there too) told him she was doing well enough, being that my mother really knew her dog. He “yelled” at my mom in such a rude and rageful way, that alone should have been a sign to continue care as my mom had been doing~which had kept her as healthy as a 17 yr old Chihuahua could be. But, she attempted to try the expensive heart meds because of Dr. Bailey’s insistence. Just a week later, Mancha has died. All it took was one dose and it sent her into a spiral downfall. She began vomiting (with blood), stopped eating and drinking and was dead on day 5, post visit. The clinic is disgustingly dirty-it’s unsanitary. Clue #1 to go somewhere else. We are heartbroken and regretting having followed his care guidelines. They were the death of our dog….

I was pretty desperate with a sick dog, so I ignored the ratings. The place is filthy and my dog was still sick until I got her into a different animal hospital. Also, I'm not sure why they would have a pet rooster in a cage on the floor. Not exactly calming for most dogs or cats coming in.

We rescued a beautiful little Maltese recently and upon adoption through Humane Society we were sent to this Veterinary Clinic for her check up, which was done thoroughly and professionally by staff and Dr Bailey. We learned from the exam that this 9 lb, senior pup had her jaw broken at some point when she was apparently being used for breeding. Our poor baby will be spoiled for the rest of her life after apparently being misused for years!

The vet is supper rude and the place is so dirty and un sanitary. The assistant and other girls are the only good thing about that place.

Emergency number gets you an old voicemail telling you to leave a message. Doesn’t even point you anywhere or mention emergency. It is mentioned twice on their website but not true or at least not true today.

Dr. Claudio is not associated with this veterinary office)I went to Dr. Bailey for the first few months I had my German Shepherd, I was satisfied with the level of care Dr. Bailey had done with my dog up until the Surgery to remove mammary tumors on my dog. I went to a second vet for an opinion and had a plan drawn up that would benefit my dog. Dr. Bailey neglected it and when he did the removal not only were the margins so small as to possibly mean that the tumors would grow back but his only offer once that was done was to tell me to call him if they (and they did) eventually grow back to remove them again. Instead of doing that I ended my use of Doctor Bailey and went to the other vet AND took my dog to the Cancer specialists up in Miami who discovered not only did my dog have Carcinoma but Lymphoma as well. If it wasn't for my decision to end my relationship with Dr. Bailey and swap to the other Vet my beloved Shepherd would most likely not have made it for another month after he had removed those tumors. By swapping vets I was able to get My sweetheart another comfortable six months with me before she passed away in my home laying by my side. The only reason I am giving Dr. Bailey a single star instead of the stars he deserved is his Vet Assistants, Darla and Layla are wonderful. I am sure for minor things Bailey is fine HOWEVER please if you suspect that your pet is suffering from something more than a minor illness PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for seeing my cat for an emergency when two other local vets said they were too busy! It was a Friday and I know it is challenging with staff shortages but I really appreciated that they believed me over the phone that this was an emergency. My cats claw had grown into his pad and I blame myself for not inspecting it closer a week ago. But Darla, the assistant, very gently trimmed his claws (even the ones that weren’t infected) and cleaned his wound. She also offered a 2-day pain injection which I gladly accepted since I will be gone for the weekend on a preplanned trip. I have to agree with others that the office needs a deep clean very badly but the care was 5 star! Thanks again (especially for not charging the emergency fee) from me and Mr. Chicken!p.s. years ago (before smart phone reviews), Dr Bailey checked over two feral cats I was adopting and didn’t charge me which I will never forget!?

Let me start out first that I was scolded for being 15 min early. The doc was outside.smoking a cigarette. The lobby looked it hadn't been clean in years. And although the clocks changed overa month ago, they hadn't changed there's.With experience in animal care, I wanted my cat to have some blood work done. The vet tech and another girl came.into the room that hadn't been even cleaned from the previous client.I explained what was going on with my cat. At no time did they examine my cat.The girls couldn't figure out how to take blood, untill the vet came in for 2 min.Never examined my cat . Took blood, and left. THAT WAS THE ONLY TIME I SAW THE " SO CALLED VET"The tech brought in a dirty towel to wrap my cat in,.and I asked where the vet went to school, since most vets, doctors etc are proud of there schools.or accomplishment. The vet tech said she had worked there for years but didn't know where the vet went to school !Ok another red flag.So I was told they would call me Monday with the lab results. That didn't happen. What was to be a $50.00 charge ended up to be $365.00 and the vet never examined my cat.I received a call 2 days later and they said all test came back negative. That was no surprise, I wondered if they even sent it in.The following day I ended up going to another vet. The vet tech and the vet stayed with me and my cat for over 1 hour. Going over my cat with a fine tooth comb. They found a couple things wrong with him, and explained everything very thoroughly. Loaded me up with meds and off I went..So why didn't the first vet examine my cat. I paid for it.Why didn't the test they "suppose to had done, and charged me for show what the other vet and vet tech found with in minutes of examining my cat.So if you want a vet tech and.her helper to diagnose your sick animal feel free to waist your money and even possible your animal. But if you want a qualified vet that went to school and proud of it. I would go else where if you care anything about your 4 legged child..

Love this place!!! Dr. Bailey and his staff of 3 go out they way to make sure you and your pets are treated well. They are very knowledgeable and quick and precise. My pets are surprisingly happy to walk right into Animal Care Clinic with Tails wagging’!!!
