Carlos was kind, empathetic and very comforting as we were nervous since this was Masi Mei Mei’s first grooming. He is experienced and quite in tune with what is best to do. He is a treasure!
Excellent rapport and gentle manner.
The other staff members I met were equally welcoming and a pleasure to deal with.

Everyone is very friendly and obviously loves Dogs. My dog, who usually doesn't like me to leave him anywhere, walks in, wags his tail and has no problem when I walk out
They do an amazing job of grooming and he looks like a different Dog when I pick him up.
Carlos is a very talented groomer and Milo loves him.
Couldn't be happier with the service I get here. Highly recommend.
