If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was treated in such disrespectful matter. I never leave negative reviews but this is unacceptable. I brought in a package and I needed a sharpie to write the address, the lady working had such and attitude about it. Then I asked for tape because I needed to tape it on the envelope since I just moved and she said: “omg mimi what else do you need” in such annoyed way that i’m just impressed. These people don’t want to work and shouldn’t even be working there. Such a shame to be treated that way when i’m always super kind to them. Anyway…won’t be coming back. My last option will be this place…..

We show up to get a passport renewal and Teri was very helpful, she was very kind and very professional, we were in and out in less than 15 minutes, very nice and clean place, worth the 45 minutes drive to this office. Keep it up guys!

I visited this post office for fingerprinting, and my experience was outstanding. When I called beforehand with a few questions, Daniel picked up almost immediately, something no other post office in Miami had done. He was polite, professional, and answered all my questions thoroughly. When I arrived shortly after, he was the same clerk who assisted me with the fingerprinting process, and he was just as friendly and professional in person. The other clerk was also great! This was by far the best experience I’ve had at any post office in Miami-Dade County!

We almost couldn't get our passport because of the USPS lady. If there were things she wasn't sure about when applying, she should have consulted and asked. We lost a lot of time and got stressed because of her. When we went to her to fix the situation, she didn't care about us. This place was a complete disappointment.

I have been in many post offices through the years. The two women I met at this post office are two of the kindest, most helpful and humorous ladies I have ever met in a post office!

My 2 children, my wife and I went to get the passports done. The customer service from Vigi was excellent, she helped us organize all the paperwork and was always willing and in a good mood.

I wish I could give this place a better rating. Teri Randall was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me and my wife. It was our first passport, when my wife requested Teri to give her a minute to fix her hair the response was “I don’t have a minute for you”. Teri made my wife cry for being so rude. I don’t understand people have to behave in such manner. She was absolutely unprofessional and short with me. Thankfully I will never have to use that post office as my local. To the Manager who runs that post office, relocate Teri to a better suited part of the city, Key Biscayne is not for that kind of attitude.

Most unhelpful post office I’ve ever visited. They don’t except general deliveries and don’t really give you any other information. Other than it’s rerouted to the Flagler location, any package says it was delivered but guaranteed it’s not as they have informed me. I tried calling a dozen times over two weeks and never was able to get through even when calling the main one 800 number still not able to get through to the post office. Go somewhere else save yourself a headache.

god BLESS Vigi, one of the ladies that work here, if it wasn’t for her i would definitely not be leaving a 5 star review, she was so kind/patient, let me take a good passport picture and helped us figure out the mailing part, sooo thankful she showed up when she did, you’re the best!

The service hours of this locations seems to be just a suggestion for the employees. They don’t open in time, already 20 min waiting outside

If you are going to make your appointment to obtain an American passport you must bring your own photos, the page says that they take them there and it is not true, they should update that information. Money orders have to have the exact value, if there is an error of even one cent they will not accept it.
Mr. Daniel was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Thank you!
