5 star amenities, staff, Conscierge service, on-site dining and a very secure, well run development on Key Biscayne. There are 12 Villas and 142 luxury condos at Oceana. The development s was completed in 2014.

Modern elegance at its finest! Architecture, landscaping and interior design are pure perfection! The First Service staff, with Daniel, Ignacio, Alejandra and Christian, are incredibly professional, warm, and responsive. The Valet guys, Sebastian in particular, are a cut above the rest. And Cielo Restaurant, open only to residents, serves the best food on Key Biscayne!

Hands down the nicest building in Key Biscayne / possibly all of Miami. Super well run. Everything is exceptional - restaurant is great, amenities, etc. Management does a great job. Everyone from the manager to the parking valets to the beach attendants are super professional and pleasant. Shoutout to Ignacio, Daniel, Alejandra; a few of the team who made our time here so exceptional.

the Previous manager Roberto Odio was extremely unprofessional, yells and is aggressive towards guests, children or anyone who doesn't live in the building. As a contractor who visits the building regularly to do work for customers ive found time and time again mr odio to be unprofessional, aggressive and outright unfit to be in this industry. For such a luzurious building im sure they can do better. Seeing that mr odio is no longer the general manager gives me hope that the new manager will address these issues.
