“I have to give huge compliments to Luis and Jason. They went so far above and beyond to help my sister and myself.
On Friday, I went there to ship a package to my sister, and as things happen, the delivery was having issues. Trying to get through to UPS Corporate was a nightmare, but after I called them, Jason and Luis were all over this and got the issue resolved very very quickly.
That type of customer service is very rarely seen. I know that people are often quick to complain, but in this case, they deserve all the compliments they can get.

I don't really understand the negative comments at all - just shipped off two packages, one that I just needed a label printed for an then I took to USPS, the other I sent via MBPP through UPS. Winslow helped me, had a nice conversation, taped up the box that I wasn't even sending with him. 5 stars for sure! I will def be back.”

“Much to my dismay I arrived for my appointment with the notary when the store was closed due to modified spring break hours (this store is on UM campus). I do not believe this was the store's fault. Terrence let me in anyway and assisted me with printing, notarizing and signing my time sensitive documents. He was very thorough, kind, and helpful.
