The best pharmacy. In additional to the variety of inventory, when you call, someone physically picks up. The wait, if there’s ever any, is short and the people are patient and kind. It’s not live other big pharmacies where if you don’t pick up a prescription right away they’ll put it back. And they tend to order things they don’t have in stock to take care of their patients. I’m sure the ordering side is nuanced but it’s so good to find a pharmacy like this.

The pharmacist at Key Pharmacy was amazingly helpful. I am out of town and they did everything they could to fill my prescription and they called me back when they said they would. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

I'm so disappointed with my experience at this pharmacy. I went to pick up my medication and had to wait a long time and the staff was rude and unhelpful, and they didn't seem to care at all about my time.

Small family run pharmacy that treats their patients like family as well. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for over 10 years now and won’t go anywhere else. A couple years ago ownership switched to maxwell who’s a young professional who will take care of you with satisfaction. Quick and accurate prescriptions. The pharmacy is always clean, friendly, helpful, and organized. Never an issue getting my medications filled on time. They even offer delivery!! Why would you go anywhere else? The best pharmacy around! Satisfaction guaranteed with key pharmacy. Thank you for everything you do for my family and I!!

I’ve never been to a business that’s cared as much as key pharmacy and helped me out in any way possible. I needed my medication quickly and their staff was able to contact my doctor and get a prescription in a very short time frame and the entire time they were informative and polite. I’ll always go to key pharmacy!

As a lifelong customer of Key Pharmacy, it's disappointing to witness the decline in service quality at a pharmacy I once considered reliable. During my latest visit, I was met yet again with disorganized and rude service. My medications weren't ready, and the staff struggled to find even basic information like my email or birth date. After a one-hour wait, I finally received only one of the four medications needed for my family, with the excuse that 'it was getting late for them.'The inefficiency and lack of professionalism are especially concerning when dealing with an establishment that sells medication. In summary, a highly unsatisfactory experience that has led me to question the integrity of what was once an excellent neighborhood pharmacy.
