Attention, everyone is super friendly, I really recommend them, the best Bank in the United States, José Valdés is very attentive, he helps you with all your questions, super helpful and attention is 10!!! I have been trying to open a checking account for a couple of months. They tell me I need to go to this office in Key Biscayne.I am a disabled vet and cannot contact anyone at this office. I have tried for weeks. Make appointment, again I am disabled. I tried to go into this bank back in June and was told I couldn't because I didn't have an account and needed an appointment, Told them because of my VA appointments and limited time in Key Biscayne their schedule did not permit that.Not only am I a combat disabled veteran but also a shareholder for 20 years.

My wife took off work early today to take my son to open a bank account - we were told that they do not take any appointments after 3:30pm. My son gets out of school at 3:30pm and my wife is a doctor, and the bankers told her to come back another day - they were too busy and unable to open an account. Are you kidding me????? What kind of customer service is this? We will never use Bank of America ever again - we've been using BOA for over 20 years. Going to take our business elsewhere.

What a difference!Real customer service.Armando attended to me as soon as I came through the door. Directed me to where I needed to be taken care of. It might not seem like much on paper, but it makes all the difference.The Bank of America in Downtown Miami was the opposite. I'll never go back there again but the Key Biscayne location is the one I'll keep going back to.Thanks Armando!
