Horrible. I came to drop off a package that needed to be returned. There was nobody inside. The person that was who was working was outside smoking! I asked for a receipt for my package and she said they don't give them! She said they get scanned at 5 when things are picked up. I am stuck hoping my return will make it . Horrible! I can't believe this is a USPS.

Rude rude rude! Been here a few times and it seems as if we are bothering the clerk. I asked her to please let me know how much my pkg would be and it was pointed out i didnt have correct zip. I said ok this one and she wouldn’t let me know how much. Kept saying thats not correct on pkg which I already knew . Oh and cash and check only! What!-100 stars

Unfortunately here for the same reason as many others, the staff is short with customers and not friendly at all. They have stamps and get my package to it's destination, but make you feel stupid for not knowing which supplies to use. No thank you.

So I went in trying to mail a check to Georgia told the Lady watching TV that I didn’t need a 30$ next day but I would like it to arrive in 3 or 4 Days she took my letter slipped into a 10$ postal envelope mailed it on the 9th the letter has still NOT arrived ?

The lady was so rude. I just needed to mail some letters. One needed a stamp. I had to look for cash because they don't take cards. So when I asked her if she could take the other letters for me too. And she said no you can drop them in the box outside.

I do not recommend anyone to use this location. I came to this location due to the convenient location however I will drive 15 minutes to the other post office. As soon as I got out the car the clerk came to the door and asked could I move my car because she was waiting on a delivery. I parked in a parking spot so I was confused on the reason I needed to move my car. Poor customer service. I believe she didn’t want me in the store due to my race.

They say it's post office....I went to drop a package & they told me they don't offer receipts. Umm excuse me. So I'll give u my package on just the word of a stranger at some sketch looking post office in a strip mall. With no tracking or info I even gave it to you. Umm no. Not to mention they only accept cash or checks just to add to the sketchiness
