I've never been greeted when entering this store, by any employee or asked if I needed help.
The customer service has been terrible and it leaves you (the customer) with an unwelcoming feeling. May be my last time here...

Wow! This store has everything, very cool to walk around (my first time here). Robert was helpful in explaining what was going on in the store.
On another note there was an employee (middle aged woman with brown hair in a ponytail with bangs and glasses) who was WILDLY racist. I heard her make several comments to other employees (who were uncomfortable) and couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Hopefully she isn’t staying on with the new store (and should probably be fired now). If you need to discuss this more please reach out.

OTP/Gabes has the everything must go inventory sale. I've visited 2 stores and disappointed to see that the store tags say 10 or 20% off for the merchandise. But when you checkout, it's 10% off everything. So, watch your purchase and write down if you have to, the percentage for the perspective items. I don't appreciate that. OTP, please match the register to the merchandise.

Old time pottery is merging with another store. Right now they are having high sales probably until August to liquidate thier inventory.

Went to buy a coffee table. Wanted to use an online coupon from the Old Time pottery website. Manager told me we don't do coupons. Definitely got the impression she was just being lazy and did not want to be bothered. Probably won't shop there again. The two guys who helped me load it into my truck were very nice and helpful though

Love the Old Time Pottery store but sad to see some of the "new" merchandise coming in that will soon take over a lot of the store. I'm really hoping that with the new owners, that they keep a lot of what makes Old Time Pottery a store worth shopping at.

Struck me as upscale dollar store. Not a bad place but I wasn't really very impressed with their items.
