This was my 4th visit. However I didn’t realize if you don’t like the color you can’t change. This happened to me today. The color I picked didn’t look anything like the sample very streaky and didn’t look good. So I asked to please change I would pay for any inconvenience. The owner Kim who was painting my nails. Started yelling at me and became very aggressive. Stating the amount of work she has to do to start over and that last time I wanted 3 coats. Well same thing the polish was streaked. So of course I NEEDED another coat. Keep in mind she wasn’t finished painting when I said it doesn’t look good. Here’s the funny part. After she did the 1st coat today I questioned the color bc it was very uneven. Kim stated it will look better after 2nd coat. It didn’t so I asked to paint them another color and Kim lost her mind. Raising her voice and saying she wasn’t going to paint them again she already painted them. I can go home and paint them myself since she already did it. Again I explained I would pay for any inconvenience and I was sorry for upsetting her. She painted the again and I left. The more I think about this I realize I need to make everyone aware how she is. You are not allowed to change a color, you are not allowed to asked for them to shape a nail that looks too square…Something that takes 2 seconds to do and you are paying for. You are not allowed to ask for anything. Even though your paying. Kim is very lucky I am a grown woman and not hot headed bc it could of gone south really fast with someone else. Kim should never treat a client the way I was treated. I will never put myself in this predicament ever again. Never going back even though she tried to be nice at the end. Too late! Obviously I don’t need someone who is unstable working on me. Very scary ordeal! Proud of myself for keeping my cool bc it was hard. I am a very low key loving person and she obviously took advantage of that. Kim isn’t worth my time or energy. Too many nail salons to be treated like this. Not to mention they don’t have many colors to choose from nothing updated. No pastels! Very few choices and it’s so dark in there you can’t see the color unless you take it by the window. They need to be closed down. Period!

I've been getting my nails done at Natural Nails since 1999. Kim and Daniel are professional, kind, curtious and I never worry about cleanliness! I won't go anywhere else for pedicures, manicures or acrylics!

Been going there for nearly 20 years. Best service of any place I've been. Price are great. They are more about you walking away happy, than pushing product you don't want or need. Highly recommend.

Poor service. First time customer and i called earlier just to get a “one color” on my feet. Not a pedicure. She quoted me $10 just like any other nail shop. I got there 2 hours later remind you no one is inside the shop its completely dead. I tell the lady how i called earlier about what i wanted and she tells me “no we dont do that” okay well not only do you have TERRIBLE customer service but how do you turn down something so simple that EVERY other nail salon shop offers?

Ugh don't waste your time going there. I checked it out to become a new customer and the man was just rude!! I was asking questions about their Shellac. His rudeness was just the final straw. The place looks run down with not many color options. I'll definitely keep looking for a better place interested in a new customer.

The girl that did my nails was nice but I got my nails done on Friday by Tuesday my nails came off . ? The place was clean though .

I had my nails cleaned and cut. They did the most amazing job. I would remocommed this place to anyone. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
