Very honest!!! This is only my second job with them but every time they gave me options, plans and a end game. I am very grateful to have been referred to them. They work with you. If you are a woman that doesnt know much about cars and you don't want to be taken advantage of I recommend going here. The whole staff is honest. They even repaired what another shop did wrong on my car free of charge even though the previous shop charged me for a completed and repaired job. They were honest and let me know that it was not fixed even ordered the parts. I love them!!!!
Update: So a year later and they are still THE BEST MECHANIC IN PINELLAS PARK PEREEEIIIIOOOOODDD......They have saved me so many times....repairs are quick and if not they inform me as to why it is not. They have the best customer service and support. HONEST HONEST HONEST that is what I love the most. I will never go to another shop again. I have learned my lesson.

I decided to get my breaks fixed here and they gave me an AMAZING price compared to other auto shops. They were extremely hard working and got the job done in a timely manner. Would 100% recommend this place.

They did a great job on the repairs but did not keep in touch. I was told they'd keep me updated with calls, but I was the one who had to do the calling.

I can not say enough good things about James and the mechanics here. They are always quickly getting us in and taken care of. I have been coming here for over 8 years now. we dont trust anyone else with our cars. HIGHLY recommend

We have been bringing our truck here since we bought it. We have a 2016 F-150 and originally brought it to the Ford dealership but they were trying to nickel and dime us for everything. Everyone at JFT is nothing but straight forward and honest about everything, they make sure that before you get your vehicle back it's running the way they would expect their own vehicles to run. I wouldn't take our truck anywhere else but here and will always recommend them.

My New-to-me chevy colorado threw a tranmission code and my heart sank. This shop was recommended and they took such amazing care of my truck and they even offered ideas on how to help if I was worried about finances. They explained everything to me and honestly I can't thank them enough.

I own a jeep wrangler, these vehicles are very stubborn! I've taken her there twice; so far so good! The whole crew is so so friendly and very honest! I truly recommend these mechanics for all of your needs!
