Genie of St. Petersburg is fantastic. Very fast service, and top notch technician, explained everything easily and was transparent with what needed to be fixed and fair pricing. Hopefully won’t need repairs for awhile, but will use them again, recommended highly.

Call Genie of St Pete first. I have an old (1960!!) garage door. These guys are the only ones who will still have parts if you have an older door. Kenny really had to exert himself to fix my door (it was a little backbreaking for him, to be honest), but he did it cheerfully. He made sure to do every little tuneup possible to extend the life of the motor. Affordable. No upsells. Prompt.

Great service and honest company! Precision said needed new motor, new door, costing thousands. Kenny fixed the opener for only $100! Highly recommend this company, it’ll be the first we call for any future needs!

Genie has always been great to work with. Today they came to a house we just bought. The garage door opener is ancient. I thought for sure we'd have to replace the whole thing. The tech who arrived thought so at first look too. But, then he figured out a way to repair it which saved us hundreds. We wouldn't have thought twice if he told us it all had to be replaced... but he didn't. Very much appreciated!!!

Kenny did a great job of installing a new Genie Garage door opener for us. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He also set it up to work from my car and through an app on our phones so we can remotely open and close the garage door if needed.

We had a very old model Genie garage door opener that was making a lot of noise and out of balance. I called Genie of St. Pete and Kenny promptly came over the following morning as scheduled. He thoroughly explained the problem, and installed a new model and replaced the pulleys. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and he did a great job. We now have perfectly quiet operating garage door. If you need service for your garage door, I highly recommend Genie of St. Pete. They did a great job and stand by their work!!!

good personal service is hard to find, But I was pleasantly surprised by the attitude and personality of the guy behind the desk, very friendly,and helpful, I was deal with virtually a antique garage unit, I wasn't in this store for 10 minutes,and walked away with a new faith in business, I don't remember the fellas name ,but I'm sending him a pizza.thank you Genie garage doors.

Had an issue with our garage door where the hardware came loose and it wasn't closing properly. Tried to fix myself but failed. This was the morning of Good Friday. They were closed, so I left a voicemail saying would like a call back/appointment Monday. Kenny called back within an hour on Friday and was to our house within 20 minutes where he worked on the issue and had it fixed within 30 minutes. I really can't say enough about how courteous and skillful Kenny was. Fair price and excellent work. I recommend Genie of St. Pete and Kenny to everyone and will definitely go back to him when it's time to replace the garage door opener.

It is outstanding that an actual person (Bill) answers the phone, and readily addresses garage door concerns. Bill, Chris, and Ken, are a great team. Very responsive and reliable; the work is done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Genie of St. Pete.

Kenny was fabulous. He got my two old struggling garage doors back to working great all for the price of a service call, no parts needed just a bunch of adjustments that I wouldn't have had a clue as to where to start let alone fix. Great seeing an honest professional at work!
