“Wow! This store has everything, very cool to walk around (my first time here). Robert was helpful in explaining what was going on in the store.
On another note there was an employee (middle aged woman with brown hair in a ponytail with bangs and glasses) who was WILDLY racist. I heard her make several comments to other employees (who were uncomfortable) and couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Hopefully she isn’t staying on with the new store (and should probably be fired now). If you need to discuss this more please reach out.”

He threw in free delivery, and I love my new bed.I had to add this because it's important for all consumers looking for a mattress. Mine ended up having a defect, but without a hassle or any kind of objection, Tricia happily set up a replacement to be delivered in days. Not many people know they have a 120 night great sleep guarantee.Regardless, she did trouble shoot some items with me, but it was obvious there was a coil defect.(a one in a million) Regardless, no complaints, just pleasantries and an urgency to get me sleeping comfortably again.In fact, I even called the next day to see if a topper would help. She told me in my situation it would not, and I'd be wasting several hundred dollars. I will be their customer for life. I have had more and less expensive mattresses, but none with the range of service and support Tricia and Dave give at Mattress Firm. They are the best.”

“My husband and I walked in looking for a queen mattress for our guest room. Josh greeted us at the door very politely asked what we were looking for. Brought us to a couple beds meeting our needs. Offered us time to discuss and once we decided on which mattress he told us extra things he could throw in and respected our answers given. Very nice experience and will be using this company again!”

Ended up purchasing tv stand, 2 bar stools. Helped us load in kia soul. Ended up returning to get delivered a mattress bed. Kitchen table with chairs and dresser. Plus tv tray. Delivery was on time and they installed everything. Family owned business vert friendly. Explained things so I could understand. Prices were great. I did not buy one piece over 1000 dollars. He has come to our home twice for design appointments and his eye for design and ability to articulate a range of ideas and options, while incorporating the stylistic tastes of the customer, is excellent.
