I contacted Jake for a move based on reviews. He did not disappoint. He answered his phone the first time I called, answered all my questions, assured me he would take good care of my things and offered a great price. He arrived on time with his colleague. They were super professional and never took a break! I now have Flat rate Jake on speed dial and will never use anyone else.

They took such good care of all my belongings. Took apart and put back together all my furniture. Handled my items with love and care. They are also very friendly and funny! They now have a life long customer! Thank you for making my move so seamless.

One of the best moving experiences I have ever had! Jake and James were excellent and took pride in ensuring the moves to 3 different locations were executed flawlessly. They were easy to work with, prompt, professional and personable. I would give them 500 stars! ANY moving needs going forward, I will be contacting Jake and team.
January 2024. We had more moving to do, so we contacted Jake. He was able to come out in 2 days and, once again, did a great job of moving our furniture. He is reasonably priced, and I would still recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest mover.

I am writing another review for Flat Rate Jake because they are so good at what they do and I’ve used them no less than six times as well as my sister, my son, and my daughter have used them as well. I recommend them to anyone moving, one or two pieces to an entire household. I can’t say enough about their professional attitude and the great care that they took of me and my furniture as well as my entire family. We will continue to use them because we trust them so much and fair pricing keeps us coming back. I could go on, and on about Jake and James. They helped me accomplish what I thought was impossible.

Being a former military family, I have had many moves and I must say that moving with Jake was absolutely fantastic. I had 2 complicated moves because part of my household was going to storage and part to a new household.Jake gave me the idea of putting post a notes of different colors on all of the furniture and then it was just easy for them to identify what went to storage and what went to my home. Everything was handled with kit gloves - there were no damages at all and I highly - highly recommend using Jake for any of your moving needs.

Neal and James moved us from St Pete to Venice, Fl this past Saturday, very professional and courteous with the entire job. This was our 2nd time hiring Flat Rate Jake and will hire him again if need be, but I’m hoping no time soon. LOL
