“I was at the this location yesterday, and I just had to come on here to commend one of their employees by the name of Jasmine. She helped me find exactly what I needed. She was extremely helpful and had a great attitude. Around the time I went the store was very busy, and she still took the time to assist me in the accessory section. Which I more than appreciated. I rate her 5 stars.”
“Great selection and customer service at this store. They keep things organized and they are always readily available when needed. The fittings rooms are also kept clean, which is more than what other stores can say so I was very happy about that.

“I was here to buy a certain Estee Lauder perfume that I like. The staff member was so excellent, I was inspired to write this review. Her name was Eva. She knew just what fragrance I was talking about and which cabinet it was locked in. She was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Kudos to Macy for hiring this lady! What an asset!”

“Steps New York is most definitely one of my favorite stores. It's sister store, Kara, also used to be located in Dadeland mall, but it was unfortunately closed. This store offers beautiful and unique pieces, for very fair prices. I feel like I am walking into a boutique every time I come here, and service is always great. The store is always kept clean and organized and I love the fact that they offer something for every kind of occasion. They also have jewelry available for sale. It is costume jewelry, but it's perfect if you need to pair something with a quick outfit. They always have clearance in the back, and offer a nice selection of it. I have definitely bought some great pieces from the clearance rack before! Overall, this place is great. The prices are unbeatable and their sister store Kara, is worth checking out as well!”

My only complaint is that while she was assisting me Amanda rudely interrupted and told her to hurry so she could work cleaning. I felt a little slighted. But Louise finished my sale and I left satisfied with my purchase.”
