Worst service ever. Employees treat you like you're going to steal. Following and watching your every move. Low class experience. None of the employees speak English. It's a shame this is what you experience in kendall.

I just love this store. Great value for my ? money. Close to home, it's very hard to come in and not want to overspend!! But it is tough when I am the kind of shopper who likes to look through every single aisle. Came in for some new holiday decorations and left with a whole lot more. I would say that the only thing this store really lacks is service with a human touch. Basically, everyone who works here is more robotic than friendly, and that could be perceived as rude or simply as if they don't care about their customers. And maybe that's really just the case. A bit of training and role playing, perhaps a manager leading by example would go a long way.

Monica was so condescending towards me to the point I will not be returning. I was punished for simply asking a question...She lost a sale on a 99 dollar loveseat I was gonna buy...typical power-hungry manager who likely treats her employees the same way she treats her customers -- like peasants.Briana, whose vest read 'Loss Prevention' was kind, professional and welcoming, however.

Store is fine but for some reason they allow the line to grow long instead of open more cashier like Publix do. It looks like there's always deficit of employees so the customer pays the consequences.

Decent items, but the wait in line is almost not worth it. I've walked out of this location a few times because the wait is so long cause there is only one person checking out or someone wants to see some jewelry and now everything is stopped for 5 to 10 mins just on one person who MIGHT make that purchase meanwhile there are 15+ people waiting in line like a ride at the youth fair.

Do not go to this Ross. You will be in line for 20 minutes. You have to train your staff to do returns, everytime I come there’s two lines. It’s a backwards, inefficient system that doesn’t help anyone. It’s illogical. Es increíble como no cambian este sistema tan tercermundista

Tonight I had one of the worst experiences at this Ross in Miami, Monica (I think is her name) the store manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional, and all that just because I asked I wanted to see something in the jewelry department. This lady is not supposed to be working with people, I do understand they are busy, but that does not give them the right to treat customers in a bad way. I am not returning to this store for sure, Ross administration should train their workers in customer service as soon as possible.

The attendant who helped me at the register was incredibly rude and slammed my glass jewelry box because she didn’t find the price sticker. I’m guessing she was uncomfortable with the amount of items I was purchasing because she also told my daughters to stop placing more items on the counter, I hadn’t even received my receipt when she’s yelling NEXT CUSTOMER in my face… I proceeded to tell her I’m not even done with my purchase and she asked so you didn’t put in your card yet?? I looked for a manager but the security guard told me none was in at the time. He apologized and I left. I truly hope the lady with glasses and black shirt and that helped me today gets reprimanded because everyone shouldn’t go down with her. I wish I knew her name.

This is a great Ross! Everything well organized and not messy and dusty like others. Highly recommended, found great things!

Don't understand how it's strategic to make someone wait a 20 person line to see something displayed in the jewlery section, when you ask why jewlery sales have gone down ask your own management. Ineffective and inefficient.

I was so impressed with the store, even though it didn't have a lot of stock it was very organized and clean. Other stores are very disappointing.

I have been a customer of Ross for over 25 years and is very sad to see what is happening to the must valuable action any store used bring to their customers and that is… CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went to this store today to exchange 2 items of a purchased I’ve made 3 days ago at another Ross stores. I stood at the line the have for returns and exchanges and since I was ignored by the ladies at the registers and they wouldn’t call any customers from the return and exchange line which by the way there was no one but me there. I asked why they wouldn’t call anyone from this line and they simply told me that because they were only supposed to attend customers from the regular purchasing line and that I would I have to wait for the other 2 registers hat were assisting other clients with their shopping carts full of items and that was going to take them over 10 minutes to finish. All this was happening wile I was waiting for the manager because when they told me such things and me knowing very well the store policy of calling one person at a time from each line, one register of the two they said I would have to wait for opened and I was able to finish. The manager, was no where to be found. I asked for her name and they told me that her name was Ana, I asked for the first initial of her last name, no body would know and the information was never provided. Went to the welcoming security person at the front of the store and he called one last time and said that there was a customer that needed to speak to the manager and or to give me the first letter of her last name that I wanted to write a letter to Corporate and to give them a review, so it was then when the general manager of the store came. This was definitely not Ana, she never came to speak with me. Instead a gentleman came and introduced himself as the store general manager and after telling him the story, he understood my frustration. I explained having to deal with careless employees at the register which 2 of them were fairly new, one of them was nice and trying to help me. Then I asked what about the other 2 and he said that they should have known better and that the policy of the store is to call one and one from each lane.I’m telling you my story because unfortunately the country that a lot of us love, is facing the worst time in history. I am well aware that there is no people to work and that we have to hired whatever and whoever comes to our doors. But please Managers, CEO, Owners don’t let your bad judgments at the time of an interview or maybe your desperation or even frustration give employ people with no sense of respect, care and responsibility destroy what I’m sure was very hard to build. Respect and Care are values that might be hard to find but necessary for a business success.
