Ross Dress for Less is an excellent store with great value and unbeatable prices on recognized brands. It is a huge, clean, and very organized establishment, a delight to browse without the flea market feel of other locations. The store offers a good variety of home, kitchen, and living essentials, as well as trend and fashion merchandise. It is a decent store, though some note it can be on the smaller side. The line to pay can get long, but the wait is typically not excessive. However, customer service experiences vary. Some staff are amazing, attentive, and provide wonderful customer service, making customers feel cared for. In contrast, other employees can seem more robotic than friendly, lacking a human touch, which can be perceived as if they do not care. The presence of security staff with protective gear at the front has also made some customers feel uncomfortable. Overall, it is a store where it is very hard not to overspend, offering great deals and quality products.

Lots of brand name items. The problem is finding your size.

This is a decent Ross, maybe on the smaller side, and it has great deals. I took off a couple stars because the staff up front has bullet proof vests and guns. Just weird for them to have that in Kendall. Makes me uncomfortable and I usually go to Burlington now.
