“What a fantastic place! Ishmael,in particular, an incredible, warm, understanding person. Took my wife's galaxy 8+ relic phone. Phone, not turning on. Immediately they diagnosed the situation and started working on it. We explained that we just wanted it to turn on so we could get info from the memory. They put a new battery and realized it was a defective ic chip. Ishmael tried and get it going, trying to send info to the cloud so it could be .downloaded to the new phon. He tried, had it going overnight. Phone uploaded some of the info, pictures and contacts but would go out. The chip was getting so hot he had to give up.At least the most important stuff was uploaded. We recieved several calls about the lack of progress . I said do your best. He called said it was not posible to do more and would be reurning our payment. When we picked it up, we told him that he needed to be paid for all the work. It was only 30 dollars! Didn't seem fair, even with the bad result they, should be paid! This is THE place to take your tech items folks. Hard to find an HONEST place any more. I recommend this location with no reservations what so ever! Happy new year!”

“Awesome speedy service! Recently dropped off my laptop that I haven't used in a quite a while due to severe lagging. The startup always took forever so I never turned it on. Dropped it off at the shop on a Saturday afternoon and was done by the following Tuesday. Wasn't in a rush to have the laptop back but honestly was surprised by how quick everything went. Both gentlemen were very informative about the process and kept me constantly updated and both gentlemen were super friendly. Thank you!”

She explained what the best options of services would be for them. Her bilingual skills was a huge time saver since my parents have limited English skills. In the end my parents came out with a better device, better plan and saved more money on their monthly payments. She made the experience so smooth and easy. “Let me start by saying that this entire review is based on the service provided by a specific employee. Her name is Andrea. She was extremely knowledgeable, informative, pleasant, and most importantly, patient. I'm not an easy customer. Not because I like to give people a hard time, but mainly because I'm very meticulous with my decision-making process. I went into the store looking to switch from my other cell provider so I knew what I was looking for in terms of a plan. From the moment we sat down, I knew she knew what she was talking about. She walked me through the options, answered all my questions, and provided me with documentation to review before making a decision. She also walked me through what I would need to do with my current provider to make the switch easier. She then had to manage my several phone calls and visits back to the store. Since she was familiar with my situation, I didn't want to work with anyone else. While I was apologetic about my intensity, she always assured me she was there to help. It's refreshing working with someone like Andrea. Hopefully, someone in upper management reads this and does something special for her. She deserves it and should be the standard for anyone AT&T is looking to hire.”
