I love shopping at Mango store Dadeland Mall. Not only do I love clothes there but also the service I always get from Mila. She is very attentive and respectful and always goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with my purchase. Thank you Mila.

The worst service, I tried to return the sandals because they didn’t fit and they didn’t allow it. I showed the receipt and they only gave the credit option. In addition I asked to talk with the supervisor and the lady refused to call him/her and she refused to identify herself “ for security reason”. I don’t recommend this store and customer service.6/4/24 6:19 pm

I had a very disappointing experience at the Mango store due to the disrespectful attitude of an employee named Maria. From the beginning, María showed no intention of helping me. I placed a home delivery order for two identical shirts, but only received one. When I tried to resolve the issue, the store staff was unable to offer me a proper solution. I didn't ask for a refund, I just wanted the shirt that didn't arrive.
Additionally, when I asked to speak to the manager or know his name, I was informed that company policies do not allow employees to be named and that everyone present at the time was considered a manager. This lack of transparency and customer service is unacceptable. I am very dissatisfied with the service and I hope they take steps to improve.

We went to the Dadeland Mall. To return some clothes with a gift ticket for my mother for Mother's Day. Original purchase receipt because I didn't want my mom to see the price and the manager was super annoying and treated us badly. And he didn't even offer us a gift card. On the contrary, he treated us badly because we were going to buy the things online and in the end it was the same and we had nothing bad and another person went to become a client and the managers did nothing

I normally do not leave reviews, but I just wanted to leave my great experiences . I had great customer service by the young man on the floor and was helped by their manager the following day when I had to return a some clothing due to the wrong size.She was very kind and attentive. Like shopping at this location, always clean and organized. Specially like the service of Ado, have been going to this Mango since they opened and she is the one I always look for when in the store. Ado has amazing customer service, very personalized, helps me find selections and creates a fitting room for me every time.
