“I walked in 20 minutes to closing. All the employees were smiling , laughing and welcoming, even to those walking in late in the day. Their AC was broken and still they seemed happy to help. I dropped off my Amazon returns and asked if they would take a package belonging to USPS. The employee went out of her way (should have asked her name, but she's tanned and dark haired) to confirm they could take it on my behalf for pick up the next day. The final outcome: I received my refund already (although the package was almost too late to return). I wish I can thank that caring individual and wish her a great day and a raise soon enough. Although this is not my usual UPS store, I will definitely switch now that I see how helpful they all are at this store.Love, a happy customer.”

“We have been using this facility for years! Anita has always been attentive, courteous and friendly. We prefer coming to Pak Mail instead of going to the Post Office, UPS or FedEx Stores. It has 2 parking spaces in front of the store, very convenient, it is located inside the DoubleTree hotel and thanks to this there are no lines.
You can say that this place is perfect if you want to get there and leave super fast.”

He and another staff member signed and notarized my documents in less than 15 minutes, even though the store was very busy.”

“Much to my dismay I arrived for my appointment with the notary when the store was closed due to modified spring break hours (this store is on UM campus). I do not believe this was the store's fault. Terrence let me in anyway and assisted me with printing, notarizing and signing my time sensitive documents. He was very thorough, kind, and helpful. “I have sent through UPS at this Pinecrest Fl office in the last 4 years I have sent small boxes medium boxes and I have always received the best attention there a small line is really something very fast very friendly the people who work there help me with the boxes To finish closing them, the price is very convenient. And the best thing is that every day the service was expedited from Miami to Jaci at the normal rate and I had to put a box on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday and it has been more than 2 months since they sent the box on Monday and it arrives on Tuesday afternoon So I'm very happy that's why I give five stars Thank you very much UPS”

“Julio went above and beyond to assist me. I had lost a tracking number with important hardware from my old employer. Of course, my company calls me after 3 months and says they never received the hardware. So, I call the store to see if they could help. Julio answered and continued to assist me throughout the process. The records were not in the computer because it had been from over 3 months ago. He was able to search through the paper records and find the transaction. It was all the way on the bottom. He then forwarded me the record of the transaction, along with proof of delivery and who signed for it. Needless to say, this saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you Julio!”
