“I visited this place a couple of years ago and wasn't impressed. At the time, the atmosphere felt lacking, and the service left much to be desired. However, my recent visit was a completely different experience. The place looks much better, with noticeable improvements in cleanliness and overall ambiance. Customer service has also improved significantly—staff members were friendlier, more attentive, and made the visit far more enjoyable. It's clear that changes have been made for the better, and I appreciate the effort. I’ll definitely consider coming back again.”
“Yes please!! Hands down on the quality of the meat and the service provided to us. He (didn’t get the name of the front desk gentleman) took the time to guide us through the menu and all of our options, he helped us pick our steaks and even gave us really good advices on how to cook them. We’re absolutely and gladly impressed with the products, and definitely coming back. Thank you for suggesting us to get the tallow, it was indeed a great touch.

“Remember this face and name "Shettleton" the next time you want the best customer service and cuts of meat. Pinecrest Milam's was my fourth and final stop after visiting and calling three other butchers. I was either told they did not have a small size of brisket or tried to sell me on another cut of meat altogether. Frustrated, I headed over to Milam's. They have everything and are always helpful. As soon as I walked up to meat counter, I was politely greeted by Shettleon. He listened patiently and asked all the right questions. I described exactly what I had in mind. He asked me to give him a moment. When he returned, in his hands was the most beautiful brisket. The size and description were exact as though I had showed him a picture. He is wonderful. :). Thank you also to the gentleman waiting in line for his helpful cooking tips.”

“While Total Wine & More is a fantastic store for all your beverage needs, it's definitely not suitable to fly a drone for a few key reasons:
Not an Open Space: Total Wine & More stores are large warehouses filled with shelves and displays. There's simply not enough open space for safe drone flight. Even a small bump into a shelf could cause damage to the drone or the store's inventory.
Safety Hazard: A flying drone in an enclosed space with people working and shopping poses a significant safety risk. Collision with a customer or employee could result in injury.
Privacy Concerns: Using a drone to film inside a retail store is a major privacy violation for both employees and customers. It's highly unlikely that Total Wine & More would allow drone usage inside their stores.
Alternatives for Drone Training:
Open fields: Look for large, open fields away from populated areas.
Remote parks: Consider parks on the outskirts of town that may have less foot traffic.
Indoor Drone Arenas: Some cities have dedicated indoor facilities specifically designed for safe drone practice.
