I wasn’t sure what I was looking for (just wanted a nice necklace) but I also didn’t want to be sold everything on offer just because I was open to suggestions. I was a bit worried that id end up spending more than I wanted. The lady who helped me was super nice. I told her my budget and why I wanted the necklace. I was really surprised that she didn’t try to upsell me and instead showed me exactly what they had and gave recommendations. I never felt pressured and she was super helpful in making sure I knew exactly what I was getting out of the purchase.
