This store has a great selection and size available. I ordered an item online and after examining it, I saw that the zipper was broken and the material was torn. I brought it to express in the Dadeland mall and I asked the salesperson if the damaged item can be repurchase at a lower price and the she said no and that the item will be destroyed. So unfortunate, this item could have been sold.

I recently visited the express at dadeland and I wanted to see the shirts that were on special. I asked David to see if I can get a size he said he did not know . I felt very unappreciated and unwelcome at the store . I just wanted to see if they had my size on special.

I recently visited this clothing store that boasts good service and high-quality clothes, but I must admit, the lack of air conditioning for over three months was quite a challenge. Despite the discomfort caused by the temperature, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the staff and the impeccable quality of the clothing they offer. While the price tags might be steep, the durability and style of the clothes make them a worthwhile investment. If the store addresses the air conditioning issue, it would greatly enhance the overall shopping experience.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at this clothing store that left me feeling quite uncomfortable. The lack of air conditioning in the fitting rooms was a major downside, as it left me sweaty and unwilling to spend much time trying on clothes. It's challenging to make purchasing decisions when the environment is uncomfortable. While the store had a decent selection of clothes, the discomfort outweighed any potential benefits. I hope they consider addressing this issue in the future to improve the shopping experience for their customers.

My experience at this clothing store was disappointing. Despite weeks of extreme heat warnings, the fitting rooms lacked air conditioning, making me uncomfortable and sweaty. Dusty fans scattered around did little to help, ultimately deterring me from making any purchases.

I just had the most ghetto shopping experience at Express in Dadeland Mall. We have been under extreme heat warnings for weeks here in Miami and this store has been operating with a broken a/c for months. There are fans placed on the floor all over the place. It feels like I’m shopping in a flea market. Trying on clothes was impossible, literally dripping sweat. It was so gross and so uncomfortable. Until this company gets it together, I will not be returning.

I just wanted to share my experience of today in the Dadeland Mall Store. DAVID, a young and skinny guy help me for more that 30 minutes to choose a suit and an shirt for my end of the year party. He was very helpful and professional for his young age. Thank you David! you really make my day for a good one.

I entered the store as they opened. An older guy man , a lisbian older women and a super skinny (other manager)long blonde hair(maybe, 23) at 11am,7/24/22. Never did I get greeting nor asked if i needed help. On there phones… how embarrassing. The back room stock guy tried helping me. This company should be totally ashamed of the personnel they’ve hired to control this location. I am a regional in retail. Never are we aware who can visit a location. I DO NOT recommend this Express in Dadeland to any of my close contacts. They need to re read the customer service manual. This experience was horrible . Never walking into This location again. It’s your job on the line, you people really need to be re trained.

Recently came to Express, 2 trips in 1 day. Hailey helped me and was AMAZING. Extremely kind, sweet and patient. Such a great experience, her attitude and demeanor makes me want to come back soon.While waiting in line I was also able to overhear her calmly and patiently explain to the customer at the register the boho 50% off sale. She even went the extra step and went over their prior purchase explaining how the boho sale could be combined with various items and how they received the bogo discount on the shirt with it being of lesser value than the pants they had purchased. When they opted to not buy the shirt she wasn’t frustrated or upset with the time she spent with the client. To the contrary she had such a great demeanor. Her attitude is rarely seen in retail nowadays.
