You should keep in mind that they close the pharmacy dev130pm at 2pm.lunch time and some close completely at 8pm.

I love shopping at CVS, I can use the coupons even though the clerks don't like it at all. I will continue to use the coupons. The price is the best in the region, and the staff are friendly and willing to help in any way they can. They just don't like the coupons.

Get ready to wait at least 30 minutes to pick up your medicine. 2 registers but Never both working. They take a long time to find medicine that is ready but usually is lost. Hate coming here

The pharmacy at this location is the worst! You can easy wait on the line for over 30 minutes, if they even answer. Expect no apology for the wait. They take their time 15 minutes before closing to avoid helping you and close up a minute before 7pm even though they leave customers waiting. Other than Alex, who is great, don’t expect good or average service from anyone else at this pharmacy including the pharmacists.

Don't use the Pharmacy in this store. They are a bunch of INCOMPETENT people. From the Pharmacist to the people working in the Pharmacy. Also, one of the young ladies in the Pharmacy needs a serious attitude adjustment. No respect for the elderly.Save your self the headache and go to another CVS or better yet, go to Walgreens Pharmacy if you can.

Worst pharmacy service I've ever seen. My favorite part is that they're always late on my prescriptions leaving me for days without warning with no medication. Or is my favorite part that they are rude and don't care at all? ? hard to choose!!!

The worst customer service. You feel like you are in a 3rd world country. After spending 30 min in the drive through I had to go inside the store. When I finally get someone to assist me they told me the medicine was not available. She told me she would send it to another store. A few hours later went to the other store and the prescription was never sent to them. My mom needed this medicine for her blood pressure and because of this underpaid employees I had to go through all of this to get her medicine. I'm done with them. I'll definitely change pharmacy. This is without mentioning all the expired products they've for sale. I always have to look for expiration date when I go there.

Please Manager of this store, you must prepare the staff well, first make them more friendly and then professional and competent, I went this afternoon to take some passport photos, I needed 6 photos, the girl told me I should pay 54 dollars ? ?, when on the CVS website they specify that the first 2 cost $18 and the subsequent ones cost 2.99. I try to explain to him and he practically expels me from the store, and he tells me that those are the prices of that store, but that I should go to another one. I followed the advice of their worker and went to another CVS store where for 20 dollars they gave me 6 photos. It is incredible that this happens in stores of the same chain. We are not in Cuba and the prices vary from one street to the other. Please react. , I personally will not go to your store again, greetings. PS: so that there is no doubt, this address is 7199 SW 117th Ave, Miami, FL 33183, United States

If I could put zero stars for this store I would. I came in to this store around 5-6pm today pretty much gasping for air because I have covid, wore a mask and kept my distance. I saw there was a line which respectfully I waited even though I wasn't feeling my best, it was during busy hours so there was 4 people in line when I got there. After 10 minutes, I started to have a minor panic attack. I had gotten out of the line to ask if they could help me and that it was an emergency. I told the pharmacist what I was feeling and if they could just check my profile to see if I had any inhalers on there. They basically told me get back in the line. Still not feeling well, I got back in the line. When they finally helped me out, a pharmacy tech assisted me in searching for my profile. Told me I don't have anything. I ask if they have Primatene which is over the counter but sometimes is kept in the pharmacy. They obviously don't have a clue what I was talking about so I had to use more of my breath (Which I was struggling already) to tell them. They direct me to the drop off area so someone else could help me, mind you I was still feeling horrible. I had waited the line for 15 minutes just to wait another 5 minutes. This felt like a lifetime for me. In the end, the 3rd person can't find my profile (Which is fine) but directs me to aisle 12 to look for it. Doesn't have the decency to call someone from floor to help me out, I was running out of breath and I didn't get to find the medication either. I also work in the pharmacy and I can assure you that this wouldn't have been the case in my retail pharmacy. We also get busy around this time frame but if someone tells us it is an emergency and they need help immediately, we would assist them any way we can. I could've passed out in the middle of the CVS just trying to find what I was looking for. I didn't go to my retail store because my insurance is with CVS, unfortunately. There was not one ounce of empathy at this CVS, it was inhumane what I have experienced today and I wouldn't wish this upon anyone. Very upsetting. On a side note - I am feeling better now but I will never forget this experience at this location.
