I had a 6" Lift installed on my Ram 1500 alongside new wheels, tires, and UCA's. Michelle and the staff at CB Wheels were great and installed my lift in 1 day. After install, I had minor rubbing issues, I was able to come back and they fixed the issue with minor plastic trimming. My truck looks amazing and happy with the work they did.

After waiting an emailed quote for services and not receiving it as promised, I accompanied my friend to CB Wheels. Upon walking into the establishment, no one greeted us or acknowledged us. I do understand being preoccupied assisting other patrons and sometimes a customer may temporarily be unnoticed. So we decided to sit and wait until someone was free. Well, that never happened! No one come to assist us or utter the words be right with you. Absolutely nothing was said! What ever quote my friend received, he was prepared to leave his vehicle and render payment today. We both are fully aware that your business will still survive without him. However, you lost a potential faithful customer. And hopefully, being made aware of the lack of professionalism we experienced today will the teach the entire staff how not to treat people who decides to patronize your establishment.In response to your reply, initially, I walked in with a guy with tattoos and gray and black beard. I went back out and waited for him. The entire time, we Facetime. He had on a black dry fit shirt at the time as well. I was able to see and hear everything that was going on.

Daniela, was great! Very professional and always kept me up to date with the whole process. I purchased rims and tires for my 2500 and could not be happier with the whole experience! There’s a lot of places you can go to get rims and tires, but there is only one place i can recommend 100% and that’s CB Wheels and Tires! Give them a shot and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. Fast, professional, friendly staff and service. They also financed the whole deal and that was a big plus.

I was tired of looking at my 2021 Toyota Tundra with a weak stance and ugly factory steel wheels. So I contacted Juan & Jonathan about lifting it 4” so I could fit some 20” Fuel Off Road “Covert” with 35” Nitto Recon Grapplers. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!!! Everything came out perfect, truck looks amazing while still maintaining the factory ride!! Top notch service throughout my whole experience with them….highly recommended!!!!

Just came to CB Wheels to purchase rims and tires, but they are on back order. My current tires were slick so they gave me loaner tires to get by in the meantime! These guys are great!!!

Where should I startwith CB WHEELS?The business owner will never give a straight answer and routinely attempts to blame the manufactures, his own employees and anyone else. He will never take responsibility for his actions.I took my truck back 19 times with different issues from day one after spending $15,000On suspension, tires and wheelsI was Driving home on the phone with them making them aware of all the problems. The Driveshaft completely detached, and 15 days later while driving at 70Mph driveshaft detached again. I can continue saying negative things about this business and owner, but I don't think I need to, this business is garbage. I wouldn't even recommend for anybody to take a tricycle to him.
