Great experience of purchasing our new couch for a below budget price during the Memorial Day Sale, all because of Mr. Camilo in the furniture department!We orginally did not see an option that matched what we had in mind, but he was very helpful by pointing out prior customer preferences and small details between what was available, which helped us decide on a purchase we love. He also took the time to give us extended info about warranty and delivery to make sure we don't encounter any issues moving forward.Thank you for your wonderful customer service, Camilo! We can't wait to relax on our reclining-couch :)

We bought a refrigerator and stove on Memorial weekend. Maria Rodriguez was our sales person. She was absolutely amazing. She was very patient and knowledgeable. She even helped me with the rebate procedures the following week. I hope Brandsmart realizes what a great representative they have for their company.
