The service was excellent. There was no problem with customer service. I walked through the store and each area had a sales rep who helped me. I bought a $500+ suit for my daughter.

Adolfo Montesino should not be a manager. This is the rudest manager i have ever interacted as a customer. Even as a boss he was rude to his cashier while she was trying to explain him my issue. She have to tell him multiple times let me explain. He doesn't listen and even worse he doesn't care about the customer.

For high end brand names there is no other store I rather buy at than Saks Fifth Avenue! They have the latest styles and awesome sales! They're selection is massive from everyday items to very high end names like Loubotin, Fendi, Gucci, Prada, LV. They have great customer service. They're friendly and efficient.

I thought about this a lot and wasn't going to write this but I think it needs to be said. I went to Saks today with my 23 year old daughter, she was recently promoted and I wanted to get her a gift. She asked for a David Yurman cable bracelet, so we went to the counter and asked for help. The man (with a pink blazer) came to assist us. She was trying on the bracelets and the man tells her that she's "not really small, she's big" and she told him that she needed a small because she felt this size was too big for her and she didn't like how it was all over her arm. After being told she really wasn't small, she lost her desire for the bracelet all together. I tried saving the mother daughter moment and asked if he could show us something else that might be popular now and he said that he recommended that we go to Pandora. I still can't figure out why he was so insulting but I am so glad that my daughter is humble and kind. When we left the store she said mom, I don't want you to ever spend 680.00 on that bracelet in this store, with that salesman. Everyone has a bad day from time to time and I don't think he was having a bad day but for whatever reason he made this choice. If you are going to be a sales representative in a high end store you should at the very least have some understanding of what customer service means. I cut my card when I got home and will call to close my account tomorrow with the bank. I did plan on also buying her a beautiful pair of YSL shoes to match a bag I got her, but Saks lost that sale as well a customer and a potential customer (my daughter). As I looked around the store I noticed there were a lot of rude employees there, looking you down as you walk by. I hope they understand that just because you work for a high end department store doesn't put you in a different class. Teach your employees how to treat customers SAKS FIFTH AVENUE! We work too hard for money today to be treated badly after paying way too much for anything in that store. Thank you to the man in the pink suit jacket today at Dadeland mall, you saved me a lot of money today! And any potential sale ever again:)

I purchased a piece of jewelry online and it was not delivered. I have surveillance camera and it was checked for delivery and no one came on that day and time. I have called for a full refund or resend the item and it was declined. I was not provided with proof of delivery. I reached out to Saks several time and I am not getting any where

I hate writing these reviews but I find; they're necessary; I PHYSICALLY( Not ONLINE) went to the Saks Fifth Avenue located in the Dadeland shopping mall. I went there to purchase for my wife a pair of shoes she wanted. The employees were helpful and polite. I purchased the shoes and took them home. My wife tried them on and did not like; I returned to the store (Physically) to return the item and this is where my NIGHTMARE begins. The purchase was for approximate a thousand dollars. I waited the standard three days for my funds to be returned to my bank account and nothing so, I called Saks Support. Immediately, I could tell I was in TROUBLE. At first the phone operator spoke EXTRAORDINARILY POOR ENGLISH OR SPANISH ( I'm fluent in both). Then, when they did find my transaction they stated that I would have the funds back the next day therefore I waited. The following day and NOTHING. I called again; then the story changes. Now, I would have to wait for the "Warehouse" to process my return and it could take seven days. I said,"Thank you and waited." It gets worse...The next day I figured let me call and double check on the status of my return; The next operator for Saks that answered my phone call was COMPLETELY LOST! Once again I asked about my return. She couldn't grasp the idea that I had physically gone to the STORE and kept asking about my return LABEL! Still no status update and no return of funds... Finally this poor confused operator states that it would be FOURTEEN days before I would receive my funds and there is nothing that anyone can do to expedite the situation do to the "HOLIDAY SEASON" was approaching. Still waiting for my funds... It's funny if I walk into SAKS and take a bunch of items then pay them in fourteen days I'm a thief but Saks considers it "RETURN PROCESSING." Sad to say, I will NO LONGER make purchases at SAKS in Dadeland mall. I would rather drive to Neimans or ten more miles to Bloomingdales then deal with this again. SAKS you let me down.... Terrible Support. Just abysmal. Never again. Still waiting...

Terrible terrible experience!! Will not be going back to them. I ordered a pair of shoes online but I ordered the incorrect size, I went to the store to exchange them and I've been waiting over 2 weeks to receive my order!! I called the store and they were very rude and unhelpful. I've been told I was supposed to receive my order about 2 days ago, and when I track it, my order hasn't even been shipped. Definitely don't recommend this store to anyone.

Do not buy on line. They do not accept exchanges for any on line purchases. I called customer service and the rep was soooo not helpful. Will not be buying my gifts on line at Saks!

Awful, smelly and dated store with awful, smell and dated employees to match. Contemporary department Diane possess some serious personality disorder qualities and should not be interfacing with customers on a daily basis. I'm honestly shocked by my experience today at Dadeland. Never coming back.

By far the rudest people work here. It's like that's what they look for when they hire at this Saks Fifth Ave location. We had purchased through the Saks Fifth Ave app an expensive Hermes perfume and added the $5 gift box. The gift box was a generic saks box, we thought it was going to come in a Hermes gift box since we paid extra. So we walked to the Hermes boutique, we waited patiently because the male employee was assisting a woman with her purchase. Four different staff walked right by us, three of them just talking in a circle and one rushed to attend another customer while seeing us wait at Hermes. Five minutes later, we're still waiting since the male employee was still assisting his customer and kept asking us what we wanted. We explained that it's okay, we will wait until your finished because the customer was here before us, mind you we weren't making any complaints, noises, just on our phones patiently waiting. Then the male Hermes employee somewhat because irritated with us patiently waited that he dropped what he was doing for the female customer who was there before us and demanded what we wanted. Well we politely mentioned that we purchased this online and wanted to see if we can get a Hermes gift box instead since we paid the $5 fee. The guy was like oh you need to go upstairs that's online only. Well I asked where is it and do they do the gift boxing. Then he was like oh well I didn't know that's what you wanted let me go ahead and change it. We give him the original gift box, five mins later, he's fumbling with our box and put a bow on it. We asked him we wanted to change it for a Hermes box. His exact words were "oh my gosh" so we said you don't have to be rude, we asked for the box and you said yes but you gave us back our original with a bow. His reply was well I'm assisting her and she's patiently waiting. Our response was well we were patiently waiting, didn't make no noise and kept telling you that we will wait until you're finished with her, it's okay. We didn't demand for help right away or you could've asked one of the four employees who are in the corner talking amongst themselves. The male employee didn't like that we were nice and snatched our box back, took back the perfume out and smashed our box. All flustered and kept mumbling to us that the female customer before us needed his help and full attention, we kept saying we didn't ask for you to assist us right away, we told you that we will patiently wait. 30 mins later, he lost a sale with the female employee and our sale too since we needed more perfume and purchased four Jo Malone perfumes with a lady who was actually attentive.

I went to saks a couple days ago with my friends. We went to the gucci section specifically for their belts. I must say it was one of the worst experiences ever! The lady was extremely rude. She would always answer my question with an attitude. Barely smiling & was just really rude. It was so bad that I had to ask her if she had a long day or something. Before I even completed my sentence she would just cut me off. I've never had that experience at Saks before and I am extremely disappointed.

Don't buy anything at Saks Fifth Avenue in Dadeland because if it turns out to be defective, even with a receipt and within 30 days, you will not receive a refund or credit. Terrible customer service especially that the merchandise is so expensive and supposedly "high quality" Terrible customer service!
