The service was excellent. There was no problem with customer service. I walked through the store and each area had a sales rep who helped me. I bought a $500+ suit for my daughter.

For high end brand names there is no other store I rather buy at than Saks Fifth Avenue! They have the latest styles and awesome sales! They're selection is massive from everyday items to very high end names like Loubotin, Fendi, Gucci, Prada, LV. They have great customer service. They're friendly and efficient.

Not good customer service especially sisley counter lady look and carried herself with mean disposition. But they served champagne after asking was not voluntary but wanted and expected a big purchase, will try Bal Harbor... Neiman Marcus. I expected better.
