After several years with Dr. Gaertner this review is long overdue! I chose Dr. Gaertner based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews about him and his staff. Everyone described this office as having an incredible staff, state of the art technology, an absolutely wonderful environment and always making you feel comfortable and in the very best hands. I’ve done my invisalign, my cleanings, my dental implants and today an emergency root canal with this office! I am beyond grateful for Dr. Gaertner and his staff. My entire family now goes to this office and we all feel the same way! I always have been incredibly grateful and impressed and should have expressed so sooner, but today I contacted the office in pain and overwhelmed having suddenly gotten an abscess on a vacation in Colorado and Dr. Gaertner’s staff expressed my concerns to him immediately and despite him being fully booked today, he was willing to fit me in, I did not wait at all, as always he thoroughly explained every detail to me, put my mind at ease and within an hour my emergency root canal was done. It’s only been a couple of hours and I’m at home resting, feeling the immediate relief he promised, and reflecting as a clinician myself, that I truly hope I can have such an impact on my patients as Dr. Gaertner does on all of his! Thank you all at Bliss Dental sooooo much!!!

I can say that my experience in this place is a 10/10, Dr. Andy Gaertner, very professional, friendly, explains everything in detail, he has incredible hands that you feel absolutely nothing, I recommend him one hundred percent, his assistant Liz Martínez, super friendly professional, they both made me quote a pleasant experience and the girls at the reception were all very friendly and professional with customer serviceI definitely recommend this place

I have to say, I was surprised how fast Dr. Andy Gaertner was quick to call and rectify the mistake that had happened between the billing and my account.He profusely apologized and said he would take care of the situation.I really appreciate that and will definitely be back to the office again.

What a great experience my son and I had today with the team and Dr. Gaertner. It was our first visit and most certainly willNot be our last. The team was outstanding and very patient with my 7 year old son. The Doctor took his time and explained to me all of the findings and work he would be performing. He made sure my son was comfortable and felt nothing. Everyone there was so sweet and friendly. I would like to thank Susan (who works there) for recommending me to this Dental practice, if it weren’t for her I would not have found the BEST team and doctor to work on my boy. Thank you all!! Great job!

I had two extra teeth that were bothering me because they would get in the way of my tongue. I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past but that was just picking at random. I wanted to find a office that I could trust with the extraction. After seeing the reviews for this location I wanted to give them a try, I was very impressed by their service and attention to detail after getting a cavity filling by Dr. Garcia and a cleaning. I decided to book my extraction with them, Dr. Kang and Josue did an excellent job. Most importantly I'm also pleased with the office staff that helped schedule everything in the first place, its the first point of contact for any patient.

After being seen by Dr. Garcia, today, at Bliss Dental and being under the care of Dr. Gaertner, for the last few years, I felt that it was time to share my experience with others who may be looking for a dental office where the doctors and the staff, truly care. To begin, there is always plenty of parking available and the Office is immaculate. You are always greeted by a happy staff member, who is welcoming and ready to assist you from the moment you walk in. The Office always runs on time, with little waiting, and your treating hygienist always greets you with a smile and makes you feel at ease. The dental hygienists are knowledgeable, professional, caring, and kind! All questions are answered and any concerns are explained in great detail, so that you know what to expect. Dr. Gaertner and Dr. Garcia are the perfect team, they are both passionate in what they do and are extremely knowledgeable, empathetic to your concerns and very kind. They make you feel comfortable and have excellent bedside manners. I highly recommend this office for your dental care. You will love them!

Dr. Andy Gaertner is a highly compassionate dentist who always prioritizes his patients’ expectations. He goes above and beyond in improving my smile, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his care and attention.My dental implant procedure with Dr. Gaertner was a great success. The results are so perfect, I can’t even tell the difference between my original teeth and the implant. Dr. Gaertner has provided me with top-notch dental care.The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. I LOVE BLISS DENTAL! I'm a brand new customer and already love how Dr. Gaertner and his team handled my two appointments. The clinic offers a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere which continues when interacting with staff. Everybody there was so nice, friendly, and clear when communicating what to expect during my visits. The same is true for the clinical staff: Josue and the hygienist were so delightful to meet and speak with during my first visit.I was most appreciative with how Dr. Gaertner walked me through my procedure. It was beyond reassuring to listen to him describe was he was doing and what sensations to expect. Dr. Gaertner has a very gentle touch and does an amazing job with checking in with you as he works. I left there extremely pleased that I found Bliss dental and I look forward to continuing this business relationship for many years to come.

Since I moved to Miami 5 years ago from New York I was blessed with a recommendation from a friend to Bliss Dental. What a blissful experience! The office staff is very attentive, professional and at the same time friendly. Dr. Gartner and his professional staff are first class rating, with a balanced combination of professionalism and friendliness, which makes patients feel at ease, safe, and welcomed. I have had spectacular dentists in the past and it is not a hyperbole to say that Dr. Gartner is the best.I especially appreciate his explanations because, as an educator, I am intellectually inquisitive.Thank you for providing a service that is efficient, pleasant and satisfactory.

First off Dr. Gaertner is the best.Unfortunately, his staff needs better communication skills with patients. This is the 3rd time I make an appointment to see him and they schedule me just for a cleaning. Then when I ask why this keeps happening they tell me it was only put in for a cleaning. It is frustrating because of having to miss work etc. and they also aren’t checking the notes because they would’ve seen I just had a cleaning 2months ago.Additionally, every time I come in they tell me I have a balance. Whatever the insurance doesn’t pay due to CAP they charge the patient, but this happens every time I go, and they say “we give an estimate” and that is how they justify this frustration.It truly is sad because this dentist is amazing but having to deal with these constant miscommunications or lack thereof, is frustrating.Confirm all details when you call, when you confirm the appointment, with your insurance before you get into the chair because unfortunately this seems to be a constant reoccurrence.

We are new patients to Bliss Dental and I must say what an incredible experience we had. My daughter has major anxiety towards any dental procedures due to many past unforeseen circumstances that she has had to endure. Thankfully we were at the right place at the right time. She was in major need of treatment and the Bliss Dental team did everything in their power to make sure it took place. The staff was very comforting and understanding to her needs. They made sure she felt safe, comfortable, and at ease the entire time. Dr. Andy Gaertner was incredible. He took care of my daughters dental emergency in such a nurturing, safe, and comforting way. She knew what was taking place every step of the way, as he took his time to let her know in a very very sweet and understanding way. He boosted her confidence and made her realize that she was where she needed to be. She left with a smile and feeling great knowing she was in great hands. I could not ask for a better outcome and dentist. Love Bliss Dental, greatly recommend it.

The kindest and most compassionate dental team I have encountered in all my years on the planet. I called the office as a new patient while I was in severe pain and had been diagnosed with a cracked tooth elsewhere. They allowed me to come in immediately and they squeezed me in within their busy tight schedule. Their goal was to relieve my pain on same day. Dr Goertner was gentle and made every effort to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I have found my forever dental team. Highly recommend Bliss Dental!
