It's not Costco. It felt to me that the employees just did not want to be there. They were lethargic and somber with no sense of urgency to provide any help. I honestly felt sad and relieved when I left that store. I will never go there again. No stars

Bad BAd BAD the service is very poor, the people ignores you and says go the website. BJ is offering so low standard here that is so disappointing. Not even think about coming back here.

Purchased 4 new tires, the whole process was terrible ., they have the same employee (Omar)working phones, filling propane tanks, helping walk ins. You have to order on line for your tires, can’t ask questions because he is not there or doesn’t have time. Not to mention I had to go a second time because air was not filled properly. Air was coming out.Spoke to other customer who was there for the same reason . Honestly I don’t blame him, but management needs to look in to this. This is a safety issue.

Great experience. Brandon the service advisor was very helpful and communicative. They even called to let me know they were ahead of schedule and could move my appointment up! Would Defintley come back. Also, with your tire purchase you get free tire rotations which is nice.

Very Bad Customer Service. They have you on hold forever and never call you back to give you a update of your order. I had to drive to the store to see the status of my order because I couldn’t get attended by phone. I highly recommend not to come here.

Be Aware of Bjs home improvement we called Bjs for an estimate on Impact windows they send us a man representing FHIA in behalf of Bjs he was rude and had no manners. We begin with helping himself to a 2 cups of coffee and let's not forget 5 hours later he gave us a quote of $81,000 he said he gave us Military discount which neither my husband nor I are military and a Senior citizens discount once again we are early 50"s after we said we need to think about it he offended us by mentioning I see you have a $65,000 sport car sitting on my driveway but you won't pay for windows we were blown away by his nasty attitude. So we told him to get out of our home . Stay away from FHIA/Bjs . We bought windows for a lot less from a more professional sale guy then this clown that offended us.

The tire center staff is very friendly however their warranty they sell you on roadhauser is horrible and misleading. Be aware! They sell you a warranty for road hazard but they don't tell you it's only good for three years. No sign anywhere hanging says anything. You find out after you buy them and it's in small print on the back of your receipt. They are the only people that do this. No other wholesale club has this ridiculous policy. I have been calling every day for the last two weeks corporate to have somebody call me back from the store or regional manager. Still no response. They have such wonderful customer service.

Prices could be lower, no the best in low prices but not bad. Variety good. No big lines to pay. Good service. Clean. Good parking. Never crowded.

Best BJ's wholesale club in Miami. My husband and I always come before noon and there's hardly anyone inside. It's well kept, bakery is always baking those yummy yummy treats ! It smells so heavenly, I can never resist not buying fresh baked blueberry muffins. The prices are good and they have organic options which is a plus since my daughter only eats organic. I recommend this franchise and the gas is cheap ! They also have a liquor store

This store is located in the heart of Kendall is great. It has a huge parking lot for every one. Great gas station ith inexpensive gas on the side of the store, for members only, of course, and with the price of gas being what they are today, it is really a bargain. Other BJs locations are either too far south or too far north. Nice liquor store with lottery machine. The liquor store has great prices and I love their sales every month. This store has it all with great prices and it is always fully stocked. The fresh food and vegetables are constantly replenished. The store is clean and the staff are very friendly. Plenty of self check out machines, but you may have to wait for help cause there are always a lot a customers. Other than that the experience of shopping is pleasant.
