Vent Pros was so professional and cleaned my mom’s dryer ducts in a timely fashion and very well done. Another company came out and told us it could not be cleaned and we needed to put in a new venting system. Vent Pros came out and had it cleaned in 30 minutes. Thank you! I highly recommend this company.

Bobby the owner/operator came out to our house and did a phenomenal job I wish I could give 10 stars but it only allows us to do 5 stars highly recommend!!! Were drying our clothes on only 1 cycle now. Pure awesomeness!!!

Great service, returns calls when messages left. Flexible schedule was convenient for us. They scheduled after 4.pm with about a 2 hour window.

Highly recommended this company! Our Kinmore dryer kept stopping after running for a few minutes. We thought it was the machine itself so we called a repair guy and spent $100 bucks for him to look at the dryer for 5 mins and say he didn’t think it was the dryer but wasn’t sure what was wrong. Reached out to this company and over messaging they said it sounded like I needed my vent cleaned. That weekend they were there first thing in the morning on time and said that even if this didn’t fix the issue they would try to help us figure it out! But wouldn’t you know it Bobby climbed up on the roof to access our vent, while Britni worked from inside our laundry room and what seemed like no time later the vent was cleaned and my dryer was working as it should! Only regret is that I didn’t call them FIRST!
