“I have not had many good experiences at Post Offices so this is the first for me. The place was not busy at all, very easy to find and plenty of parking. The best part wad the gentleman that works there he's was very nice and knowledgeable on some stamps I had bought a few years back, making sure they were still good to use. Very friendly and easy to talk to. I'll be going to this Post Office for all my postal needs.”
“We moved from Davie FL which has the absolute worst USPS (extremely rude staff, postmen constantly misdeliver/ignore 2nd address line and ignore do not bend) in the country and it is such a huge relief to find this post office near my new home that is just the total opposite of Davie USPS. The staff are wonderful here and I'm very grateful for them. I only wish they had later hours during the week and some weekend hours would be great too but really no big deal. Keep up the great work Eaton Park USPS!!!”
“The lady working the front desk was very helpful. She tried to look up a package that attempted to deliver earlier but she needed a supervisors help. She called for one and the supervisor came fairly quick. We explained that we needed the package that was attempted to deliver to repair our car. She looked up the info and went to contact the driver. The driver stared he would meet us and give us the package.
I have to say it's this kind of actions that show people love their jobs and want to just genuinely help people. I can't say thank you enough for them going above and beyond!”

“I set up an appointment to pick up a document from the Lakeland USPS, which is about 80 miles round trip from my house. The document never arrived. If I had gone to pick it up, I would’ve wasted a whole day. Thankfully, Dana at USPS made multiple attempts to warn me—by phone, even by text. I doubt he thinks much of it but to me that is going above and beyond. Appreciate it, Dana!”
“my mail carrier is the Best! She is always smiling and very friendly but best of all if I have any questions or problems she is Very informative and helpful. unfortunately, I have had issues with someone stealing my mail. She has given me helpful information that has prevented this from continuing. I feel that she really has my back. She has gone above and beyond her duties. I also have to say that the gentlemen that subs for her has been Great too. We are lucky to have such a great, caring group of mail carriers here in Plant City!”
