“Pure Barre was exactly what I needed after experiencing some health problems that left me weak with limited range of motion and joint pain. I've been a runner, I've done intense interval training and I've spent a lot of time in gyms lifting weights. Pure Barre surprised me! The workouts utilize lighter weights and techniques that build stability, strength and stamina. The instructors are exceptional and the workouts are doable for all ages and ability levels. I particularly enjoyed the Define classes. My back and joint pain are so much better because of Pure Barre and I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their physical health!”
