IBEWARE. I took a plain sleeveless short summer dress to this cleaners. Although white, it had no ornamentation whatsoever, not even a button, and it’s not silk or any kind of fragile fabric. I was charged $44 to clean it, and they didn’t even remove the stain! Not only that, when I picked it up the staff was no help, accused me of speaking rudely. I never raised my voice but did express my disbelief and annoyance that they made no adjustment. They said I’d probably have been charged more if they’d realized it was partially lined. Beware

Beware! Do not bring your clothes here. I brought my work clothes (needed for a trip) here last year when they changed ownership. They lost my items and couldn’t find them for 2 weeks and never found an expensive pair of suit pant.I have been back to the location 7 times to speak with the owner, left my info and have never received a response. My suit pants were never found. While I was there, several other people were there also looking for lost items. It’s unacceptable.Services: Laundry wash & fold

Do not go here. I went to pick something simply up and they wouldn’t allow me to checkout when they closed in 1 minute. I drove 30 minutes to pick something up after work. Extremely bad customer service. I work in customer service and would never treat any customer this way. Extremely rude on the phone as well.

I was told my clothes would be ready after 5 on Thursday. I went to pick them up after 5 of Friday and they weren't ready. The last person behind the counter said " you would have gotten a text when your clothes were ready." I responded "no one told me that." This was my first time trying this cleaners. Then when they did find my clothes they didn't even look pressed, they used zero starch, and get answer was that is not what we do if you don't ask. I also had pants hemmed and they only sewed one time no reinforcement. Unfortunately, I will not be back. I didn't get my money's worth for sure.

I dropped off a blouse and a comforter. I picked up the comforter and there was still dog hair on it. The blouse was nowhere to be found. This was in December. I came back in January to see if there was any luck, because no one called me like promised. They still couldn't find it. It's the end of February, and I thought I'd make another attempt, still no where to be found. 80.00 jcrew blouse. There was nothing special about the blouse other than it needed to just be dry cleaned, no stains, no alterations, nothing else was needed. Today I was told that I have to wait for the owner who will be back in town at the end of March for restitution. Ian why do I have to wait for the owner? Not going back.

Ever since this company changed owners, it has gone downhill. Good luck on getting your clothes on time if you use your delivery service. The last three times I’ve used their service I’ve had to wait at least a week if not longer to get my clothes back from the day they said it would be delivered. Will not be using them again such a disappointment. Not to mention when you call to ask about billing or where your clothes may be you get brushed off and told someone will call you back by the end of the day which doesn’t happen. Another favorite is the owner won’t be in this month, so maybe call in a few weeks and speak to them.Services: Laundry pick-up

This place is under a new management and the customer service is horrible. Used be so nice. The employees ( 2 girls) looks like they have been party all night. Not friendly not professional at all! The prices went up big time. The place used to look very clean and now is a one big mess! Hire the people who will be nice to customers! Shame !Service: Special care fabric cleaning

Honesty and integrity. I had several lost items from WSC due to a technical issue in the system. Riccardo (the owner) was thorough and adamant on finding a resolution. I never felt like finding my belongings wasn't a priority for he and the team. He kept me posted on progress, what they were doing internally to track them down, and the changes they made to their backend system to ensure this wouldn't happen again. When all was said and done, Riccardo personally drove them to my house after hours to deliver them, apologized, shook my hand, and made it right. What more can you ask of a service that made a mistake? I will continue to use them in the future because how they handled this situation. All the best WSC.Service: Organic dry cleaning

Absolute worst experience!! I had to stop in 3x for my dry cleaning after each time them telling me it would be ready. After a week and a half they finally finished it and then they couldn’t find it. I told them I wasn’t leaving without my dry cleaning and I had to wait 45 min until they finally found it. AND they proceeded to charge me full price.Absolute awful customer service. Six of my husband's shirts were damaged/stained by a sub-contracted party of Westside Cleaners. This unfortunate incident was promptly corrected by the owner, Mr. Ricardo, who absorbed the full cost of the damaged shirts. He was very kind and apologetic. We look forward to continue using his service as this appear to be a rare issue. Prior to this, we only had positive feedback. Thank you.Services: Laundry wash & fold

After 10 years of amazing service, apparently the business has sold and the new owners are clueless (and that's being kind). This is my second trip here to get my clothes dropped off 12 days ago. Completely understaffed and overwhelmed. Lady in line behind me has the same issue. This is no longer the Westside Cleaners that had Jamie and the rest of their amazing team.

We moved to Jupiter from Miami in 1998. At first I used another cleaners since I had to pass them daily. At one point they lost all my husbands clothes. Suits and shirts. Time for a change, then I noticed Westside and the association began. What a friendly staff. I usually catch Jamie if she’s not too busy and we always have time for a laugh. I have never had a problem with anything being dry cleaned, they always follow my instructions to the letter. Had gown, tuxedos, dresses, shirts cleaned and they always come back perfect, my gowns are put on special hangers that keep the gowns shaped. Who could ask for better service. Westside Cleaners has become my new go-to dry cleaners! They do a fantastic job of getting shirts crisp and clean. Jamie was so helpful in explaining what they are capable of doing for me, and taking care of the items I have brought in.10 out of 10 would recommend Westside Cleaners to everyone I know!Service: Alterations

I had asked the two times I brought in my short sleeve work shirts that the top button not be buttoned when pressed and both times they were pressed with the top button buttoned l. When I said that they were supposed to be unbuttoned when pressed the girl at the front who waited on me didn’t even look up instead kept doing whatever she was doing. I even said “now I have to go home and iron it out. Again no response even when I said I would not be back. And I won’t, I will take my shirts somewhere else.

Andrea and Seiena were very helpful and were able to answer all my questions. I've recently decided to leave my long time drycleaning service and so far Westside Cleaners have been top notch. Highly recommend if your not satisfied with your current cleaner.
