I have been banking with Wellsfargo for decades and have always had great service and advice as my family grew, matured, went to college and now have children of their own. This Abacoa branch has a fantastic, caring staff that is eager to help their customers with anything small or large. *****!!! THANK YOU WELLSFARGO.

Worst service I've ever received. I have had better experiences at Walmart. I'm surprised that after so many horrible reviews that the staff and management has not been let go.

I have always had great experiences at this branch. Luis in business banking has been a great help and I appreciate the measures taken by the company as it relates to social distancing and sanitation throughout this COVID crisis.

Very poor experience at this location. As you can see from my other reviews, I am very fair and have give 5 stars to another Wells Fargo location. There was a miscommunication with the manager Luis, who I felt was condescending and rude to me. I quickly gathered my documents and left after he said 'im not sure what you're trying to accomplish here.' Not how I was trained to talk to customers coming in for help with their business accounts. What surprised me most is that Luis called me as soon as I left the location. I was positive he was calling to apologize for how unhelpful, and rude, he had been in person. WRONG. Luis called to argue more and to assert he was 'correct' about the information he gave me in the bank. Turns out, he is actually wrong, but thats ok, I was just shocked he called me to do anything other than apologize for not being able to help me or fulfill my request in person. Luis wanted me to OPEN ANOTHER BUSINESS ACCOUNT - which is not required for what I want to do. Wow, sound familiar? Wells Fargo pushing customers to open unnecessary accounts? Where have I heard that one before? I strongly regret opening my business account with Wells Fargo.

I'm a stay at home mom and I'm poor and don't make enough money to have a bank account but I clean for a living and am always written checks to Wells Fargo and have to cash them here. They won't let me cash my check because I don't have a credit card or debit card (which I don't make enough money to have). I just think it's really annoying and wanted to let people know how indecent these people are. If and when I do have a bank account, I'll go anywhere but here. Thanks for nothing.

Terrible experience. They are jokers trying to push opening a personal bank account while I am seeking a sizeable business loan. I don't care about your $300 bonus for opening a checking account. They finally get a SBA adviser from their bank on the phone and the guy doesn't even know the basic requirements. Next time, don't waste people's time. It annoyed me enough to now I'm wasting my time writing this review so others don't have to deal with it.

Went to ATM to deposit checks the machine broke on the second one. Went inside to get it sorted and was told they couldn't retrieve the checks or deposit them. Asked for proof of ATM mess up they refused but drew it out to be a 2 hour ordeal, Was promised by Trisha Colon that a provisional deposit could be obtained but the banker Kendra greene said that wasn't possible All the while phil in the next cubical over was calling me d*** for wasting there time. Eventually they tried to give me a post it note with a case number, Really unprofessional eventually I closed my personal account while waiting for the withdrawal slip the teller held it so she could personally insult me Then as I was leaving they made a bug show of "kicking me out". Obviously after I get my checks sorted I will be going to any other bank. Honestly after trying to do a simple thing like deposit a check and then wait 2 hours for no resolution I really am amazed they are in business.

This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. The bankers try to push credit cards on you and wouldn't let me talk and refused to help me. I will be closing my account shortly. Do not go to the banker named Aida, she will disagree with everything you say and refuse to help you.

The worst staff ever. Disengaged, not friendly and pretty useless. I closed my account and went to another bank.

If you don't have an account here, avoid the guy at the door. It's like a used car lot.
