I met with Keith Newman regarding getting some documents notarized. He was awesome. Couldn't have been more helpful and patient with the process that was rather lengthy. I was very pleased with my experience and have told numerous associates about Keith. Very refreshing to meet someone with my interests in mind. Highly recommend Keith, the Tequesta branch and Wells Fargo.

We visited this branch for the first time today and were quite pleased First we were greeted by the Branch Manager. He directed us to Chris who was very pleasant, helpful and attentive to our needs.

Pulled in Friday afternoon at 5:59pm. Got out of the car, turned to walk to the door. Employee, tall gentleman, looks at me, turns the lock and walks away. Closing time is 6:00pm.
I get to the door and it's 6:00.
Very disrespectful.
You might think with the fraud exposed recently by upper level mgmt and higher, they would encourage the staff to go the extra mile, vs doing just less than enough.
Accounts get closed Monday.
