There is a pharmacist named Michelle Bartmess who needs to be re-educated. She refused to give me the syringes I needed to take my medicine and stated I needed a prescription for them. She also stated my medication wasn't vital. She tried to sell me a whole box of insulin syringes. I guess she doesn't know the difference between SubQ and IM injections! Where the hell did this person get her education! I am a Registered Nurse who has worked in the medical field for over 30 years, and I am appalled by her. I've been on my medicine for more than 10 years. Of course, I always have to ask for the syringe because they never remember, but I have always been able to get them. I've never complained. I needed to take my medicine, so I went to Publix pharmacy to get a syringe without any problems. They stated this happens all the time with Walmart pharmacy. Oh BTW I had no problem ordering syringes ONLINE THROUGH WALMART! Just pure common sense if you have a prescription for a medication that needs injected, whether it be for B12, Testosterone, ect, you need a syringe. I am a patient advocate. Therefore, I will not let this go, no matter how high up the Walmart chain I need to go...

There was an issue with my son's insurance. The doctor's office said I need to call Medicaid and handle it even though the issue was because of them. I was very stressed out thinking I had to waste the day trying to reach Medicaid.I called Rebecca and had a few questions. Her response was .. " no parent should be expected to jump through hoops to help their sick child". She told me she would call me right back and she did. She let me know not only did she reach out to the Dr office but she also called Medicaid for me. I was impressed to say the least. I never had that kind of service at any pharmacy ever. Thank you Rebecca for your compassion, understanding and professionalism that is so hard to find these days when dealing with a medical situation.

Michelle the pharmacist is the best!! My daughter was having some complications after covid and Michelle really helped me understand what was going on and how the medicine would help her.

Horrible pharmacy, completely unwilling to help while being terribly misinformed on the latest CDC vaccine guidelines.

The Walmart Pharmacy in Jupiter is AWESOME. The pharmacists and the pharmacy staff are always professional and courteous. My family and I had been customers of Walgreens for forever. Sort of by default, I suppose. I didn't enjoy the Walgreens experience or the Walgreens rx prices anymore. It was definitely time for a change. Walmart and Walgreens are practically next to each other here in Jupiter, so there was no inconvenience at all. I just wish I had made this change ages ago. My Walmart Pharmacy BEATS Walgreens!!! In EVERY way!!!

This is the worst Walmart I have ever visited. Kept hoping it would improve. Last night they had one checker only. I think he must have been told to go as slow as possible so people will go to self check. The shelves are always empty. They usually don't have 5-6 things on my shopping list. They have a bumpy brick road you have to push your cart across to get to your car.

Took my prescription, looked at me said, we are out and I don't think we plan to refill this. (Lies) and then she wouldn't even take my other two prescriptions. Lucky for her Walmart pays the same working or not.
