“All the staff at Village Vet are the best! The front desk and vet techs are so attentive and loving to my pups. My 13 year old boy had been having hip issues the last year, slipping, not being able to walk on tiled floors, restlessness, not wagging his tail, moaning and he started growling at me (which is NOT his typical behavior). He has always been a very active, sweet happy boy, something was wrong. Dr. Burgess checked him out, and recommended laser therapy. I was very skeptical of how “magic lights” could heal my dog, but omg it worked!! We did 6 treatments and he is back to his old self! Someone asked if he was 5 years old today, because of how spunky and friendly he is! Thank you Village Vet from bringing life back to my sweet 13 year old boy! I couldn’t be more happy with the experience!”

“I LOVE JUPITER VETERINARY HOSPITAL AND URGENT CARE!! I called up and spoke with Taylor who made me feel comfortable to bring in my 19 year old Yorkie experiencing a deep and frequent cough. She was able to provide me with transparency about the pricing range, which I appreciated greatly so I knew what to expect. I was so emotional when I arrived and Taylor and Mariam met me at the front and offered tissues. Mariam was so gentle with Oliver who has always had a lot of anxiety when it came to the vet. I could hear her talking to him when she brought him back which was so extremely comforting! Miriam you are an angel! I could hear Miriam relaying to Dr. Gerber that I’ve had Oliver since I was in the first grade, which just showed how much she cared after such a short time of knowing him (he came in for urgent care and had never been there before). She checked back in frequently and brought me a bottle of water and more tissues. Dr. Michael Gerber was also the kindest vet I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet! Even thought I had relayed on the phone before I came in that the previous vet had referred Oliver to ER for blood work and XRays, Dr. Gerber examined Oliver and concluded that Oliver didn’t require blood work. He could have easily just run it for the money because I had already expected it, but he’s an honest person and genuinely cared! Miriam and Dr. Gerber completed the check and XRays so quickly, I wasn’t even there for more than 1.5 hours which is so quick for an ER vet, as I’ve been to others before. Miriam and Dr. Gerber frequently came back into the room for updates and brought Oliver so he could be more comfortable in the room with me. Miriam even held Oliver in the way that he is most comfortable after seeing me hold him that way (like a baby). I cannot thank Dr. Gerber, Miriam, and Taylor for their kindness and help enough!! He’s 19, so I didn’t know what to expect or what his options were, but Oliver is back home and as good as an old man can be!! THANK YOU SO MUCH JUPITER VETERINARY HOSPITAL AND URGENT CARE!!!”

“Absolutely incredible team! Moving to a new town with a 17 year old dog who has only known one Vet her entire life, I was worried how she would do with the new veterinary clinic, worried if they would listen to my concerns and even more worried that they would do a sales pitch to me with unnecessary products/treatments for a 17 year old pet. Surprisingly, the first visit was wonderful! Dr. Gerard listened to me, heard my concerns and I never felt pressured. Even more, he suggested that I not do things that may be unnecessary and/or costly. After multiple visits with Dr. Gerard and Dr. Morgan with "elder dog issues", surgery was the only option. The staff reassured me my dog would be well cared for and Dr. Girard called me as soon as surgery was done to give me an update. The surgery went well and she is home recovering. I am so blessed to have found this location and I completely trust that they have the pets best interest at heart. This veterinary clinic may just be the best of the best!”

“For years, I have been impressed time and time again with kindness, heart, and professionalism from the staff at Banfield Jupiter. They know my dogs by name, genuinely seem to care when they call to check in on them after an appointment, and even know who their cousins are (my moms dogs). Recently, I had an emergency situation with my German Shepherd, who is 14 years old and I was, yet again, impressed beyond compare. I was a little terrified with what happened, and Dr. Kinnebrew took one look at me and gave me a huge hug (and even cleaned the blood off my shirt - never knew hydrogen peroxide worked so well - lol). The entire staff and the manager went above and beyond to help me get appointments for her quickly and even pivoted last moment when things took a quick turn. Thanks to the whole staff and the great team at MedVet Jupiter, my old girl is chilling in her bed ready to heal up. It is rare that you find a group of people so dedicated and passionate about their jobs. “This was my first time visiting this ER when my dog had an eye injury over a weekend. I had a bad experience at another nearby facility and wanted something different. The staff was great. Very kind and professional. One big issue for me was when we were in a room and an actual emergency came in, I was kept updated on the wait. Understanding that this is an ER and everything is based on priority, it makes a big difference when the staff takes the time to let you know they didn't forget you and another doctor would be coming in. A simple thing but it doesn't happen everywhere.”
