Convenient location. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Good selection of phones at different price points. Got me a great deal on my trade in's for both Apple and Samsung phones. Complete set up including data transfer. Marco was terrific. In a world of such mediocrity, this establishment stands out for its pleasant and efficient offering.

Make sure you are very clear and speak very slowly so they can understand what you intend to purchase.Or... be prepared to return as soon as you get your first bill when you realize Verizon scammed you just like you knew they would. Good luck disputing all those extra charges you never signed up for!The employees are nice and just doing their job. Not a knock against them. It's more of a known issue that this company has shady business tactics. Not surprising people are still leaving for more modern and usable providers. I really shouldn't have to trek back to the store to explain these fraudulent charges.

I went in Saturday afternoon and Patrick took care of me right away. I had problems with my service and he was able to solve the problem in less than an hour and now my service is working properly. Definitely coming back!

We were in the area moving our daughter and had an issue with one of our phones. Megan was fabulous in accommodating our needs and working with our local Verizon rep from back home. Highly recommend!

i had went to verizon and they set me up with 2 phones for me and my wife and said wen i purchase the phones i would get a rebate gift card of 200 per phone i had never recived it then called to see wat happen then went in the store to talk about it so by now this was my 3rd attempt to recive wat i was promised and they then told me my wifes phone did not qualify for it now back to mine and it did and now at this point i have sat their and they told me there gonna file for it again and after that i still did not get it then i called the higher up office they promised me at a 100 percent rate that i would get it within 6 days still have not gotten it and now they are trying to charge me 101676 dollars and this is stupid so be careful with verizon they will get u at times wen u dont think of it not very good pepole all im saying

I bought a new I phone 13 from Verizon on line in AprilI went to cellular sales at 335 w Indian town road to help me set up my phone. I told Yvel eximond that I needed to keep my bill as low as possible. He said I call help you with that. He would switch me and my husband to an over 50 plan two phones for 99.00 a month. Great deal right. Then he told me I could get a free Apple Watch with the promotion they were having . I said no thank you I didn’t need one. I did not want to add a line or raise my bill . But it free no charge. Just pay the taxes your bill won’t change. Silly me I made the mistake of believing the helpful young man that was going out of his way to help me.I was then out of state for a couple months. Noticed my bill was 40. Higher than I was told it would be!! Wrong information given on purpose is what I call Lies. Misinformation mis communicated lies. He sold me a plan that I am told no longer exist and I was charged for the watch in 36 payments. Once again silly me for believing this young man when he said he was helping me. I will never go back to that store!! An I would advise anyone else not to trust them..I spoke with a nice lady from Verizon that told me what they did was wrong very dishonest! They use misinformation to sale me something I did not want or ask for a they made my bill higher after I explained I could not afford that . Hard lesson learned for me. An I am sure they have done that to others. Now I am stuck with an Apple Watch I did not want and a higher priced plan. Don’t trust them.
