Returning things to Amazon is nobody’s favorite thing… Especially me, but when I go to this special, UPS store, the management and all the workers are just so extremely helpful, calm, professional and it is actually a pleasure. I walk out with a huge smile! The best best best best best experience I could ever have!! Kudos ??

Always friendly, especially the tall, thin gentleman. Never a long wait. They provide service with a smile. Much better than the UPS store on Donald Ross Rd. And Military!

Please change your google hours. The posted weekend hours are not correct. Door Sign says closed Sundays. This has happened a few times on Sat/Sun. It’s inconvenient.

Incredibly helpful service from Pat (employee 166569) as per my receipt. He managed to find me a deal which as better than half price what I was quoted by another UPS store, and considerably cheaper than the post office, posting to Canada. Thank you so much for the friendly, helpful and detailed service it's really appreciated.
