Absolutely terrible customer service. kept my package for a week without notifying me and then sent it back without notifying me becuase i "failed to pickup during pickup window". after the guy told me they sent it back, apparently they do not have access to any tracking info. Couldn't tell me what time it was picked up or where it was headed, not even a tracking number for a package that THEY ARE SHIPPING. Contacted the company i bought it from, they have not received any info on a package being returned to them. This was a custom 64oz YETI that I will now have to REBUY. I am so infuriated and will avoid using UPS at all costs now. Absolutely ridiculous. I would give zero stars if I could.

I have used this UPS store for over five years and never had an issue. However, I have always brought my items in packaged. Most recently, I brought in an apple watch to ship to my husband who was about to be deployed. I did not have the proper packaging at home, so they offered to pack and ship it for me. Before I left the store, I even asked the associate to remove it from the counter as it was sitting out in a store full of people. I should have listened to my gut feeling that something wasn't right. Of course, the tracking information showed that it never even left the store. They claim to have checked their cameras, but it never showed up. I suspect that someone in that store stole the watch. Anyways, I file a claim and am told I will be reimbursed for the full amount ($800). Three months later I receive a check for $117. When I called the store (took multiple attempts as they don't answer the phone or answer and leave you on hold for 10+ minutes), I was told that since the declared value was listed at $100 that is all they will reimburse. Not only is that completely different than what the manager told me, but it is not the declared value I gave them when I initially shipped the package. I also noticed on the receipt that it says it was packed by customer, which it was not. So disappointed that my husband, who is overseas fighting for our country, not only didn't get his watch in time but also now has to deal with this mess. I will never go here again and would suggest others be very cautions.TLDR: Pretty sure someone stole my deployed husband's apple watch and will only be reimbursed $100. Nice way to treat our service members /s. Just be careful if you decide to risk it and use this store.

Had this location ship a box that I paid for them to pack and ship. They put the wrong label on the wrong box. DO NOT ever have them pack and ship for you. They seemed more interested in what they were doing for lunch than taken care of my shipment

It's ok ish to drop something off but be careful to put everything is SEPARATE LABELED bags or boxes.. But call and try to get something done nobody knows anything kind of useless

The young man named Kashi was so professional, polite and very fast. A real hard worker and on the ball don't see that too often these days. But every time I go in this store I always have an excellent customer service experience

Demetrius and the whole staff are the best ! They always go above and beyond. They are so informative and helpful. They are always smiling, greeting each and every customer. They make my mailing and packing an stressless experience each and every time! God bless you all ❤️

This review does not deserve a star. Sent a truck key in a big brown bubble envelope from this location. The seal was never seal and now we lost our keys which had the truck keys, fob key for the truck and house keys. Very lazy and unprofessional not making sure the mail came to the current location. Even paid $100 for insurance on the mail but the truck keys with truck fob key with house keys would come out to $300. Reported this to UPS and they reported they are at fault and the manager should have sealed the envelope. Don't trust this location. You can tell about the multiple bad reviews.

I've been going to this UPS store for years and have always had a great experience. Recently, I needed extra assistance and Robert was an amazing help, he was patient, extremely efficient and super knowledgeable. I really appreciate the care and attention he gave; I believe if everyone were like him, the world would be a better place. Thank you so much!

NOT, I repeat NOT a full-service shipping store. UPS only, no post office drop off. And the staff here is rude as hell, maybe it's because their lines are out the door, and they are understaffed? Don't know, will never go back here again. You shouldn't either.

I've experienced this issue elsewhere since moving to Florida, so not sure if it's a socially accepted thing here, but an 8AM open time to me means 8AM customers can come in. I've been here twice and the staff is rolling in at 8:02, hence delaying waiting on anyone so he can get the computers up and running. If it really makes a difference, maybe just state an 8:15 opening? Better yet, just arrive when you're likely supposed to?
