Tess is an absolute hair goddess. The salon is gorgeously decorated, her and Liz were so friendly and accommodating, and I walked out feeling absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to come back!

Literally amazing! Tess did my hair today and completely transformed it from short and damaged to long and voluminous. Gotten 6 compliments since leaving the store within 10 minutes , as for the atmosphere the salon is adorably styled and has the cutest decor. Both employees were very nice and accommodating. Thank you! Will be a returning customer

I was referred by a friend to go to Liz, who my friend had gone to. I made an appointment for color and am beyond happy with how it turned out!!! I showed her two photos of what I wanted and she did exactly what I asked for! I will definitely be back! The salon is so super cute inside too! Love finding hidden gems like this. #customerforlife

1 star is too high of a rating for this "salon". Met with the owner (tess) IN PERSON to discuss hair extensions. After she saw my hair, I showed her a pic of what I wanted to accomplish with extensions. Tess said it could be done and sent me an invoice for apr $385 for clip-in extensions. I'd like to reiterate that she saw my hair in person and saw the pic of what I wanted my hair to look like. She stated it could be done. There should NOT have been an issue with the end result. But...there WAS. When I show up for my appointment to have the extensions put in...she wasn't at her "salon". Her "salon", btw is a room at the bottom of a townhouse. Anyway...she was about 30 mins late and when she finally arrived and opened the door to the "salon", the place was smelly, dirty and unkept this time. Long story short...she spent close to 20 mins trying to make the clip in extensions blend with my hair. The extensions were very cheap quality, and super thin. Very obvious that they were stringy extensions since they didn't come close to the thickness of my own hair. The end result was NOTHING like the pic she said she could accomplish. FYI...the end result didn't look anything like the pics on her website either. When I voiced my concerns...she said I could buy another package of extensions which would cost another $385 for a total close to $800). Definitely seems like a scam artist to me. Promises one thing, but delivers something else. Then has the gall to ask for another $385 to accomplish the look she already stated she could do with one set. I will find a way to post several pics of the $385 extensions she charged me for so everyone considering buying extensions from her can see her final product that cost me $385. And...of course, tess won't refund my money...but is happy to take ANOTHER $385 for another set of extensions. The photos of her work (and product she sells) speaks volumes. I'll post my hair before...and after she styled it with extensions. I can also email them.

We found Tess on line & could not be happier! She is a real pro! She listens to what you want & executes with prescision. I usually go in for a color touch up, cut & blow dry. She also does a great keratin treatment. My husband also gets his hair cut while my color is setting. I would highly recommend her services! :)

I'm so happy I found Tess after my recent move to this area. She just gave me a fantastic set of extensions- they came out great and she used a very high quality of hair. She is talented, friendly, and it's easy to schedule appts with her. Highly recommend!

Tess was great! I decided last minute that I wanted to get my highlights retouched and after searching on Yelp, I found Tess! I called her up and left a voicemail that I would want to come in that day ::literally 5 hours later:: and she called back and was able to fit me in! She was so nice and sweet about it! When I met her, we talked a bit about what I wanted done, which was a touchup on my highlights, and then color and how I wanted it to turn out. She listened to what I wanted and was able to match my color from another salon. I bought a picture me to show exactly what I wanted. And I am so happy with my highlights! If I'm ever back in the area and need a touch up, I will definitely give her a call!
