I had been to Thomas before for service on my Mercedes and never had an issue or concern. When I took it back the last time and got my car back, the trunk won’t close which was not an issue when I took it in, but Thomas refused to answer texts or even address the issue. Stay away from this business. I paid for repairs that were overpriced and underdone and not completed properly. The quality, professionalism and customer service provided are extremely subpar.

I am extremely let down from this place, I was forced to go due to my mechanic next door passing away in a terrible accident. They were very nonchalant about talking about my mechanic I've had for 15 years being crushed to death.Anyways I came in for a new camshaft position sensor, **** said he would take a look at the car, everything was going smooth until I got a call that all the work had been done and my bill was $913??? They didn't give me a quote or a call or any heads up before touching my car and throwing parts at it. They also cleaned my throttle body and did other things to just rack up the labor fee. Extremely shady way to do business. Personally never had a mechanic do work without quoting me first???Lastly After getting my car back within 1 day I got a check engine light for something to do with my exhaust system, and now I'm getting engine codes that my whole exhaust/catalytic converter system is failing. It's just oddly coincidental that all this happened conveniently after they worked on my car. Don't trust these guys unless you got a lot of money to burn, they straight up fixed my car and probably sabotaged it so I'd have to bring it back again. I will never return here and I will make sure to tell everyone about my shady experience I had with RS Imports. Whole staff was super rude too, it was apparently a hassle for them to move cars out of the way so I could get my blocked in car out. Ridiculous.

Tomas. Great guy. Very honest. My daughter took her vehicle to him because others said there was something wrong. After a thorough inspection nothing. There aren't too many honest mechanics in the world like him any more.

I have been using T. J. Swiss since the service contract on my BMW expired last year for all of my automotive service and repair needs. Honest, knowledgeable and experienced are the adjectives that I would use to describe them. I would highly recommend them for meeting all of your import auto service needs. Thomas provides excellent work at reasonable prices, which is rare in this segment. You can't go wrong with TJ Swiss

The 'Swiss army knife' of mechanics. Meticulous attention to detail, honest and knowledgeable in all cars European. If you live on the east coast this is your one stop shop for MG's, Austin's, Triumphs, Jaguars, Rolls etc. This is one very happy 68 MGB owner!
